Outside
Private swimming pool is a 9m x 4m overflow pool. Large patio area with brick built barbecue, large wrought iron table (stone top) with 6 chairs and large parasol. Sun loungers, tables and parasols provided, wrought iron bench plus cushions, plus extra outside dining table and 6 chairs.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is 10 mins walk away, however there a many beaches located near to the villa which are only a short drive away all of which are clean, sandy and very beautiful, the most famous being Turtle Beach where you can see the turtles being born. Also there are hotels close by with beaches.
Golf
The Korineum Golf Course is located 5 minutes drive away with driving range. Offers stunning views from 3 different restaurants, plus spa facilities with a full range of treatments available.
Special interest holidays
Ideal place for walking as the scenery is breathtaking whether it be mountain or sea views. Excellent choice of watersports particularly scuba diving and snorkelling. Horse riding is widely available plus many places of historical interest.
Travel
Ercan Airport is 25 minutes drive away or Larnaca on the south side of Cyprus is 75 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Nearest town is Kyrenia, plus many villages are located within a few minutes drive.
Further details
There are 3 large supermarkets within a few minutes drive away, plenty of shops restaurants and banks are close by. the harbour in Kyrenia with is crusader castle is superb, with many cafes, bars and restaurants available. Karpas the peninsular is about two hours away but well worth seeing. Local beauty spots are St Hilarion castle and Bellapais Abbey all within 20 minutes drive away, plus the ancient capital city of Nicosia is just 15 km away.

Cancellation charges are as follows: less than 4 weeks prior to departure = 100%, up to 4 weeks before departure = 60%.
