This location would be ideally suited for families or couples looking for a peaceful village location, but only 10 mins drive away from the airport or the centre of Pathos. Konia itself is ideally situated for those who wish to explore the many historical sites or enjoy walks in the surrounding countryside, blue flag beaches and golf courses that exist in the region. For those looking for a winter break the Troodos Mountains, which are only an hour's drive away offer skiing between the months of December to February.

The villa has a private gated garden, with patios at the front and rear of the villa. There is also direct access to a large communal swimming pool. The villa has sun beds and a large table for outside dining. BBQ provided.

Coast/Beach
The main beaches in Paphos are only a 10 mins drive away by car. A variety of watersports are available.
Coral Bay also boasts its own lovely beach approx 20 mins drive from Konia.
Golf
The villa is approximately 20 mins away from golf courses situated in Paphos, Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains from November/December to February. The mountains are approx 1 hour drive from the villa.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is only 10-15 mins drive away.
Although a car is not essential, it is recommended. Cars can be hired either at the airport or in Paphos itself. A taxi meet and greet service can be arranged from Pathos airport.
Distances
Within walking distance from the villa you will find local shops, 2 restaurants, instant cash machine, hairdresser, an Internet cafe and a take away.
Paphos and all of its attractions including the recently modernised harbour, shops and tavernas are all only a 10 mins drive away.
The beaches in Paphos are only a 10 mins drive.
Coral Bay is 20 mins drive away from the villa.
The Troodos Mountains are approx 1 hour drive away.
Booking notes
A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. The full remaining balance of rental payment is due 8 weeks before departure. £75 security deposit is required, will be refunded via a cheque after villa is checked and keys returned.
