It is conveniently located within easy access of Larnaca International Airport and just 10km from the main town of Larnaca. The village of Pyla, is a 5 minute drive away, where guests can take advantage of all that the large town has to offer. Blue Flag sandy beaches with crystal clear blue waters, commercial port, plus a wide variety of leisure activities such as diving, fishing, and water sports. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, all of which incorporate the friendly and relaxed atmosphere which is typical in this popular holiday area.

Towels (not beach towels) & bed linen are included, and will be clean on arrival. The villa is cleaned before you move in & a mid-stay cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Please let us know when making your booking if you require this service. |

Outside
The villa has its own private pool and terrace for sunbathing. Outdoor furniture includes a table and 4 chairs, with extra chairs available, umbrella, six sun loungers and a 4 seater plastic table and chairs for little people :) There is also a BBQ for your enjoyment.
Coast/Beach
Dekhelia beach is just 2.5 km away, while the beautiful and award winning Pyla beach is 4km away with a variety of watersports available. There is also the beach at Larnaca - a short drive away. If you do have a car, there are a large number of beaches and coves waiting to be explored in the surrounding area.
Travel
Larnaca International Airport is approx 20 minutes away by car. Paphos airport is an alternative and is approx an hour away. We would recommend a car for this property (please contact us if you would like us to arrange car hire) however it is not essential and we can arrange transfers to and from the airport should you require them.
Distances
A 5 minute drive to Pyla village and approx 10-15 minutes to Larnaca by car.

You can arrange to have some food and other items waiting for you on your arrival. We offer two types of Welcome Pack, the ‘Basic’ and the ‘Premium’ Pack. Any other special request, we will be happy to assist you with such as Champagne, Flowers or a box of chocolates, for a Birthday or Anniversary. Welcome Packs must be pre-ordered.

Booking notes
A £100 refundable security payment required at booking and returned to you on a satisfactory inspection of the apartment on your departure. 25% of the accommodation price payable on booking and the remaining 75% 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation refunds: more than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, a full refund will be made less the rental deposit. Within 8 weeks, the owner reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possible to re-let.
