The apartment is part of a brand new luxury development that has been marketed as one of the best in Paphos and is within a gated community. All of the apartments have special individual features, ours has a double height ceiling in the main bedroom and you can lie in bed and see the stars through the upper window. It is spacious, fully air-conditioned with hot/cold options and overlooks the pool. The smell of coffee wafts from the cafetia as you relax on one of the terraces whilst drinking in the sunshine and enjoying the peace and quiet. Within walking distance are the beaches, harbour and town centre. We are only 15 mins from Paphos airport. The apartment is suitable for children and the elderly as lifts are provided and once inside the apartment there are no steps.

Changeover day
We do not have a preferred changeover day as we appreciate that this will depend on your flights however normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. We are flexible if there is no-one arriving on the same day. Part weeks are acceptable.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and large fitted wardrobes and safe. Patio door leads to the covered terrace.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and large fitted wardrobes. Patio door leads to large open terrace with sunbeds.
Air-con is fitted in both bedrooms.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over and glass shower door, WC and sink. Shaving point and mirror.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with black granite work tops and splash back. Separate drinking water tap, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, caftiere. Baking tins, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Phone for intercom.
Living Rooms: Lounge with sofa bed, air-conditioning, LCD TV with Sky includes English channels, DVD and patio door to large terrace with dining table and 6 chairs. Indoor dining table seats 6, highchair and travel cot provided at no extra cost.
Other: Hallway to bedrooms with smoke detector and emersion switch.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen, towels, toilet rolls and hand soap are provided and the property is cleaned before your arrival. Bring your own beach towels. A spare set of sheets is provided should you wish to change them midweek.

Accessibility
There is a ramp for pushchair/wheelchair access to the main entrance. Lifts are provided or a marble staircase to the apartment which is situated on the 1st floor. No buildings are above us.

Outside
There are 2 shared pools with a delightful bridge over the main pool. Poolside changing rooms, with WCs and showers. Sunbeds and parasols are provided. Electric gates are operated by a keypad, the code will be provided prior to your arrival. The entrance door is by key and intercom. Views from the kitchen window look over an orange grove whilst the front of the apartment looks over the pool. Cypress trees surround the plot and there is an established garden. Unusual features are found everywhere including a rooftop pagoda and a fountain on the roundabout. We have our own private parking space opposite the main entrance to the apartment.

Coast/Beach
Local beaches are a 5 minute drive away or 25 minute walk. Beautiful Coral bay is accessible by bus or a 20 mins drive by car. There are many beaches which can be enjoyed within a short distance of Paphos or if you wish to go further afield. The Harbour is a 20 mins walk where you can enjoy a relaxing meal outdoors / indoors in one of the many restaurants.

Golf
Golf courses are located at Aphrodite Hills, Tsada and Secret Valley, just a short drive from Paphos.

Skiing
Skiing is to be found in the Troodos Mountains a short drive from Paphos.

Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos airport and only 10km distance, 15 mins by car and accessible by bus or taxi. Larnaca international airport is 90 mins drive by car or taxi and although further has the benefit of the Cypriot Airlines flying in there.

Distances
Tomb of the Kings and many ancient sites are located in and around Paphos. Quaint villages and roadside cafes are found where you least expect them in so much that you are spoilt for choice and the locals welcome you with open arms! A car is recommended if you want to get around the island and reasonable rates have been negotiated with a local hire firm who can pick up and drop off out of hours as well as during the day from Paphos airport.

Further details
There are restaurants in abundance within walking distance of the apartment and the local kiosks and shops are 5 mins walk away. If you prefer Indian, Mexican, English, Greek or Chinese you will find cards in the apartment with telephone numbers and a map for directions. Larger supermarkets are located in the town ie; Carrefour. Banks and cash machines provide the local currency the euro. Bowling, horse riding, swimming, fishing, go karting and many other activities are available nearby. Our information pack and website address is available so do contact us.

Booking notes
Booking is as follows - A non refundable deposit of £100 is required immediately followed by the full balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Refunds can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday. After this date the balance is payable in full.
