Notes on prices
Please note the pricing is for the property per week in UK pounds. Deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking plus refundable breakage deposit with balance of holiday 10 weeks befor departure. Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations as per booking agreement.

Apartment and resort not really suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Outside
Large balcony with cushioned couch and two chairs with table. Smaller balcony on master bedroom with easy sitting chairs. Fly screens. Impressive communal pool 15m x 7.5m, paved bbq area, saunas and indoor and outdoor showers. The pool area is surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Electronic gated entrance, allocated parking.
Coast/Beach
About 5 min drive by car or taxi, down the hill, is Pissouri Bay. The excellent blue flag beach has sun beds and shades, watersports, including sailing dingies, windsurfers, jet skis, waterskiing, paragliding, shops, and about 10 or so restaurants and tavernas can be found here.
Golf
Championship golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf course 10/15mins drive away. Tsada golf course is approx 20min drive to the north of Paphos. The British Army base of Episkopi has 18 hole course, about 10-15min drive.
Skiing
Skiing available in Troodos mountains.
Special interest holidays
Various archaelogical interest nearby including Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodite Stone and many more. Troodos mountains are around 40mins drive.
Travel
15 minutes’ drive from Paphos Airport and about 1 hour from Larnaca Airport.
Distances
Paphos Harbour, resort and Limassol are both about 25 minutes' drive away, with many places of archaelogical interest nearby. The Troodos Mountains are about 40 minutes' drive away, with many interesting villages on the way. Skiing is available during winter months.
Further details
Pissouri Village boasts 3 banks, one medium-sized and two smaller supermarkets, numerous traditional tavernas, such as: Moonlight, Vrakla, Hideaway, Pissouriana (with pool), Pissouri Square and Symposium. During the day, you can take a beer or coffee in the square and watch the world pass by ... There are also about 4 smaller Kebab-type cafes, a Pizza restaurant and a chinese restaurant. Bunch of Grapes, Hill View, and Olympus Palace restaurants. Also there are five bars: Iron Horse, Diver's Bar, Sparti Bar, Red Fever and Sultana Bar. There are no noisy nightclubs - life is very gentle. Between May and October there are the famous 'Cyprus Nights' - every Wednesday in the village square, encompassing three tavernas - and on Friday, at the Vineleaf Tavern, where there are excellent self-service Mezes traditional Greek and Cyprus dancing by professional local performers.
Booking notes
On booking, you will be sent a booking form. You will also be sent an Agreement, giving you the terms of the letting arrangement. You will need to complete booking form, and return to me with your deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost. The balance will be paid at 10 weeks before departure, together with a refundable damages deposit of £100, returnable once no damages/breakages have occurred.
