Newly refurbished in 2006 the apartment is located within a privately owned complex. This development is said to be the best in Ayia Napa. The complex has the benefit of a superb restaurant, gymnasium and has private parking. Recently added is the new tropical garden which is very tranquil and is an ideal place to relax. The complex consist of 6 individual blocks and this apartment is the closest to the stunning pool which is a few steps away. Changeover day

Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. You may contact our management agent direct if you wish linen to be changed. This is approximately £5 and paid direct to the agent. Their details can be found within the apartment. |

Easily accessible for wheelchair users.
Outside
The large swimming pool which is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers is the main focal point of the development. The pool bar serves drinks and refreshments. There are many sun loungers and parasols set around the pool. The newly opened restaurant caters for all tastes and is open all year round. The tropical garden is surrounded with beautiful ponds and is very tranquil and great for relaxing.
Coast/Beach
Ayia Napa beach is a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. There are several more secluded bays that lead to the glorious Nissi beach which offers huge white sands. Waterworld is very close and has many rides and slides and is great for all the family. Next to this is a go-kart track.
Travel
Larnaca airport is a 40 minute drive from the apartment. Expect to pay £30 (approx) by Taxi, car hire is easily available from the airport. Also you can find many car hire companies in Ayia Napa that hire mopeds and off-road buggies.
Distances
You're minutes away from Ayia Napa town with its many shops, restaurants, bars. Here you'll find the harbour which has fine restaurants serving a selection of fresh sea food. In the centre of town is the 'square'. This is where the atmosphere is of a night, but in the day you can visit the historic monastery. Protaras is only a 10 minute drive and has some fine beaches and great evening entertainment. Paralimini is 10 minutes away, this is the main town of the area.
