The house is on a new prestigious development with a shared pool for use by just a couple of other properties and an olympic sized pool 100m away.
Patio with 6 sun loungers next to shared pool. We have a secluded 1st floor area for chilling out or sun bathing. Covered outdoor eating area. 1st floor secluded sun terrace with loungers and built-in seating.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches include Bafra approx 9km towards the Karpaz peninsular. Bogaz 2km all the way to Famagusta is one long beach with many restaurants, sun loungers and shades. Towards Karpaz are some totally unspoiled beautiful deserted beaches.
Golf
There is a brand new golf course at Essenteppe which is about a 30 min drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Ercan in NC approx 45 mins drive. Alternatively and often cheaper is Larnaca in SC across the border 1 hour and 30 mins.
Distances
Car hire is recommended to explore the island. Airport transfers can be arranged.
