Only 15 minutes from Larnaca Town and close to sandy beaches. The village has a supermarket, taverna and coffee shop within just a few minutes walk. 5 minutes from Kiti and Pervolia.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Sundays preferred in high season. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am on day of departure but we can be very flexible on these times should the apartment not be in use immediately prior to or following your stay.

Bedrooms: The bedroom has twin beds (which can be used as a large double bed, very large built-in wardrobes, a bedside cabinet with lamp, full length mirror and a hairdryer.
There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
Bathrooms: The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet. Towels are provided. Large storage cupboard.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Picnic equipment and cool bag also provided, as are children's plastic beakers, plates and cutlery.
Living Rooms: The dining area comfortably seats 4. The living area has 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed). There is a flat screen colour television with DVD player and satellite TV. A selection of DVDs (inc children's), CDs and games are provided.
Other: The large balcony has a table and seating for 4 and still plenty of room around it. An lovely outside space, perfect for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine!
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to and after your stay. All linen is included, as are towels (but not beach towels). Mid-stay cleans can be arranged. Our representatives are available to assist you 24 hours a day.

 

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is suitable for children and has a lift. It is accessed via an intercom system. A highchair and a cot can be provided at no extra charge. There are many extras in our apartment that really make a difference to your holiday experience (such as plenty to keep the children entertained with bats and balls, DVDs, K'Nex and board games). There are maps and guidebooks and a welcome folder packed with local information.

Accessibility
The complex is suitable for wheelchairs. There is a lift to the apartment and the entrance doors are wide enough. There are disabled toilets in the block and by the poolside.

Outside
There is a large balcony (10sq.m) furnished with table and 4 chairs. The apartment is set in spacious grounds with three appealing shared swimming pools with sun loungers and sun umbrellas provided. There is also a tennis court. The resort is rarely occupied and you may often have a pool to yourself. There is ample undercover parking.

Coast/Beach
There are several beaches in the Larnaca area. All the nearby beaches are gently shelving making them ideal for children. Recliners and umbrellas are plentiful and the beaches are well served by cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, toilets etc. Water sports are also available. Prior to your stay, we will provide an information pack with details of all the nearby beaches.

Golf
The apartment is located next to the soon to be completed Tersefanou championship golf course. There are also other courses nearby.

Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains during January and February. Equipment can be hired easily and is reasonably priced. Leave your partner sun-bathing by the pool while you enjoy an afternoon of skiing!

Travel
The apartment is approx 10 mins from Larnaca airport and approx 90 minutes from Paphos airport. Low cost airlines now fly to Larnaca (including Monarch or XL.com) and Paphos (easyJet). Car hire recommended.

Distances
A short stroll to Tersefanou village (few mins); approx 15 minutes to Larnaca (easy journey). 30 mins drive to water park. Walking distance to fantastic family fun-park. 5 minutes to Kiti and Pervolia.

Further details
We highly recommend a nightcap or coffee at the local taverna, soaking up the local atmosphere.
Larnaca provides excellent shopping with both high street stores and traditional Cypriot shops. In the old town you will find shady courtyards where you can enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by.
There are many archaeological sites, museums and art galleries in the town and in the wider area of southern Cyprus are a huge range of historical sites to visit. Hala Sultan Tekke - 10 minutes away - as are the salt lakes.
Water sports, diving (including the famous Zenobia dive site), horse riding, bowling, a camel park and a water park are all available as are walking, cycling or exploring the Troodos mountains and mountain villages and the Larnaca foothills.
With easy access to the coastal highways Tersefanou is ideally situated both for a relaxing and fun base and for exploring this fabulous island.

Booking notes
£100 rental deposit to secure your booking. The balance of the rental payment plus £100 as a security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded to you subject to a satisfactory property inspection following your stay.
Cancellation refunds: more than 8 weeks in advance of your stay, a full refund will be made less the rental deposit. Within 8 weeks, the owner reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental should it not be possible to re-let.
