The local bays offer a welcome change to the more busy beaches of the nearby resorts and both watersports and boat trips are available locally.

There are many local tavernas, or you can go into the centre of Paralimni. Within the Famagusta district, Protaras and Ayai Napa are the best known towns. Protaras offers an abundance of restaurants, shops, local tavernas and traditional folk dancing and open air plays for good family night life. Ayai Napa offers world famous night life for the young-at-heart, beautiful beaches and a picturesque harbour. Kapparas is also local, and is known for its fishing.

We will book you in on receipt of 25% non-refundable deposit plus a retainer of £100 for breakages (refundable one week after your departure on inspection by management team). Payments can be accepted by bank transfer or cheque. Full payment is required if booking less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
