Situated approx 5km from Coral-Bay. 45mts from Paphos airport, this apartment may tick all your boxes.You can walk to the pretty village of Peyia. This village has all the amenities you expect in a local community. There is no commercialism to compromise the local culture. We feel that you have two options, stay on the complex and enjoy the facilities, hire a car and tour, leaving Peyia as the centre of your travels.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double-bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, reading lights and programmable air-con unit. Wall mirror, patio doors onto balcony. There is a travel size hair-dryer in the bedside cupboard.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower, hand-basin, vanity mirror, w/c. Non-slip floor mat.
Kitchen: Kitchen is fully facilitated, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker/hob, microwave, electric kettle. No shortage of cupboard space. A breakfast bar replaces the dining table.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner, three-seater/double size sofa-bed, large easy chair, coffee tables, TV, DVD player. Programable air/con. We believe that a breakfast-bar would be better than a dining table and chairs. Modern style adjst. stools, tiled foor throughout.
Other: Entrance hall, all rooms lead off this.
Emersion heater switch located here, (please only leave switch on for 40mts or less).

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen/towels are included, four-pool towels.
All laundry is checked and replaced upon handover as is the cleaning. Additional laundry/cleaning services can be arranged on request.

Notes on accommodation
The air-con, can be used as a heating system should it be required. The mobile phone is the cheapest way to keep in touch with people back in your home town. £5 should cover the time you are there, please we trust you to leave the phone in credit when you leave.most of the kiosks throughout the island sell top-up cards for the phone.

Outside
There is a large balcony with a table and four chairs , safe height for children. Ideal for eating alfresco. There is a hot-tub for your use by the pool. Also an all weather bowling green is available for you and your guests. The pool is for the the tenants and clients only as are all the facilities onsite. All the other facillities are locked with a coded access only for you/family and your guests.

Coast/Beach
5km approx from Coral Bay, 5 minutes by car. Possibly the best beach on this side of the island, features all your ideal water-activities/sports.this coast-line is safe for children.
there is a chance you may see the young turtles first steps into the ocean if you are on the island at the right time.

Golf
Three good courses are within 25mts, secret valley is a little bit further.

Skiing
During that time of year (winter season), the Troodos mountains are ideally suited. Snowboarding is available also. These are some 40mts away, access is ok untill the snow season, you will need a 4x4 to be allowed access to the piste.

Special interest holidays
With the addition of an all-weather bowling-green, you can bring your woods and play in the sunshine.

Travel
45 minutes to/from Paphos airport.
15 minutes from Paphos town.
We feel that you will benefit from hiring a car, however you may be fit enough to hire bikes?
there are details of a good car-hire company that we use every time we visit the island in the apt.

Distances
The old town of Pafos, is about 15mts from your apt. Its here you will enjoy the local nightlife. Coral-bay also provides a varied nightlife, with excellent restaurants/clubs, some 5mts in a car. Latchi, great for fish and local salad dishes, not commercialised, yet, harbour restaurants are good.

Further details
We found the village of Peyia, catered for most of our needs.
There are good local restaurants in the village. Fresh bread/meat as you would expect are available within the village community. There is a local well stocked supermarket.
The more exotic/upmarket shops restaurants can be found in Pafos.

Booking notes
A deposit of 50% is taken upon booking, the outstanding balance is required 6 weeks before flying.
A £100 cheque is required as a cover for any accidental damage/breakages. This is returnable.
