Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort is a land of pure beauty surrounded by gently undulating countryside fringed by a coastline with secluded coves and uncrowded beaches although placed only 20 mins from Limassol and Paphos. Our beautiful 3 bedroom junior villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the village square and clubhouse. Built on 2 levels, the upper housing a twin room and single room with shared bathroom. Both these rooms offer access to the main balcony with stunning sea views. On the ground level there is the double master bedroom with private access to the swimming pool and garden area, giving that extra Mediterranean feel. The kitchen and dining area form an open plan arrangement to the lounge which also gives access to the garden and pool area via twin patio doors. Fully equipped and tastefully furnished, ideal whether you wish to enjoy a day on the golf course or just a relaxing Mediterranean experience.

Notes on accommodation
In an ideal location, this secluded villa is within easy walking distance of the clubhouse and amenities of the village square. All rooms have unspoilt sea views from both the garden (pool) area and from the first floor terrace. Broadband access to the internet is included in the rental to ease communication and a Playstation games console for entertaining the younger guests!

Outside
The landscaped garden provides privacy and a place to enjoy the sun beside our private pool. Outside dining furniture on the patio, barbecue and sun loungers provided. On the upper terrace there is outdoor furniture for relaxing in the sun.
Coast/Beach
Aphrodite Hills has its own private beach on the beautiful unspoilt coastline which is walking distance from the villa. There are numerous other beach areas which are easily accessible. The relatively small and quiet resort at Pissouri Bay is only 10 minutes drive away, whilst the busier tourist resorts of Paphos and Coral Bay are within easy driving distance.
Golf
Crowning Aphrodite Hills' outstanding leisure facilities is the magnificent 18 hole golf course, designed by accalimed course architect, Cabell B. Robinson. 5 years in the making, it follows the scenic countours of the 2 plateaus, its challenging fairways cutting a swathe through lakes, olive and carob trees. No matter how many times you play the course, there`s always a new challenge. Not least the skill needed to conquer the dramatic holes that run alongside or traverse the dramatic central ravine. Celebrate your success in the sophisticated clubhouse, overloooking the 18th green and the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean below.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 15 minutes drive from the villa. Larnaca is an hour's drive away. Car hire is easily available from Paphos Airport or from the resort office at Aphrodite Hills.

Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday is on Aphrodite Hills. The village square is a very short walk from the villa and offers a small supermarket, restuarants, bar, coffee shop and terraces overlooking the sea. The award winning 5 star Retreat Spa, adjacent to the village square offers fabulous treatments, hairdressing and gym facilities.
