This well-appointed villa is in a secluded spot at the top of a private road offering the privacy you want to enjoy the garden and your own pool, whilst the local beach, Konnos Bay, is only 10 minutes walk away. A further short walk along the coastal path will reveal many other quiet and secluded bays all with crystal clear waters. The lovely Connos Bay at Cape Greco and the famous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras are just 10 minute drive away and the livelier town of Ayia Napa is only 15 mins away. With local supermarket and restaurants just a short distance away Villa JaiNeet is a perfect location for a great holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover is flexible - please enquire about your preferred dates. Normal Check In time is after 2pm and check out is at 11am, allowing us time to prepare Villa for our next guests.

| Utility Room: | Downstairs w.c has space to store other items during your stay. A clothes airer, iron and iron board are also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The open plan layout is light & spacious with matching 3 and 2 seater sofa, TV, satellite, DVD, coffee table and large extendable dining table and 6 chairs. Double patio doors open out to the front terrace & garden. |

Good quality white cotton linen and towels are included although we ask you to provide your own beach towel for outdoor use. For longer stays a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside Villa JaiNeet. No pets are allowed. Only those guests specified on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa. As the pool is private, there is no lifeguard, so you are responsible for supervising any children at all times. You are also responsible for your own travel insurance. The beds can be arranged to suit and the villa benefits from a fully installed alarm system and a safe box.
Other services (welcome pack, meet & greet, car hire, airport pickup & drop off, etc.) can be arranged at extra cost, please ask for a quote.

The private outdoor spaces around the villa are well equipped to enable you to enjoy the sunshine lifestyle with a terrace, landscaped gardens, a private pool and an outside shower. Sun beds to enable you to relax by the pool with sunshine throughout the day and an outdoor table with 6 chairs for relaxed alfresco dining. The villa is fenced all round for privacy and a private driveway for off road parking.
Coast/Beach
You are spoilt for choice when staying at Villa JaiNeet for your holiday. You are just minutes walk away from the coast and the nearest beach is only 700m. Just 10 minutes walk is the Mimosa Beach & Konnos Bay. On the coastal path you'll find an array of secluded bays to choose from all with clear blue waters. Just 10-15 minutes away by car are the famous Fig Tree Bay with long white sandy beaches & water sports and the gorgeous Nissi Beach.

Travel
Just 40 mins drive from Larnaca Airport (65km) Villa JaiNeet is well placed and is easy to find with clear instructions provided on booking. Flights to Paphos airport, just two hours drive away, are also available. Villa JaiNeet is on a local bus route that goes to Paralimni/Protaras/Ayia Napa and you can change in Ayia Napa for the buses to Larnaca and the Water Park. Car hire is recommended and can be easily arranged before you travel, either for collection at the airport or in resort.
Distances
Villa JaiNeet is walking distance to all amenities including a supermarket and restaurants 200m plus more bars and restaurants available just 700m away. Protaras is 2km away offering family entertainment whilst Ayia Napa with its beaches, nightlife, Water World Park and traditional sights is just 8km. Paralimni, a traditional market town offering a blend of old and new with great places to eat and an M&S, is 10km away. Villa JaiNeet is an excellent place for relaxing and active holidays for all.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking (full payment if booking within 6 weeks of the holiday), with the balance payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday and failure to do so will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of booking. In addition to this, a refundable breakages & damages deposit of £200 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damages or breakages.
