Each of the 3 bedrooms has fully fitted wardrobes and each has their own patio doors leading to terraces with stunning views. The master is en suite and there is also a large house bathroom. The large open plan living/dining area with vaulted wooden ceilings is suitable for large parties on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen comes with Siemens appliances, granite tops and marble floors throughout the villa. Situated within 1 mile of Turtle Beach this villa has absolutely breathtaking views of the Bespemark mountains which are totally uninterrupted and is right opposite to Esentepe golf and country club. The overflow swimming pool is surrounded by a large elevated terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. In addition there is a large upstairs terrace with BBQ ideal for entertaining and enjoying the scenery.

In addition there is a separate large upstairs terrace with BBQ ideal for entertaining and enjoying the scenery. In addition there are 3 separate terraces of each of the bedrooms, olive trees and car parking within the walled grounds.
Coast/Beach
2 sides of the property offer both seclusion and welcome shade in the summer months. There are outstanding views of the mountains, sea and stunning countryside. The accommodation is arranged with the master bedroom (en suite) upstairs, which has doors leading out onto an extensive balcony. There is another double and a twin bedded room with family bathroom downstairs. The interior decor has been carefully chosen to suit the property which has vaulted wooden ceilings creating a stylish look.
Golf
The golf and country club is across the road from the villa about 5 mins walk. This is one of the most exciting golf developments in the Mediterranean designed by Amerongen, being the first 18-hole par 72 international golf course in the north of the island. This spectacular course is the 16th course to be designed by Mr Van Amerongen at a total cost of £7 million Boasting a total of 21 holes, eighteen to play on and three dedicated training holes this spectacular new development is built on land sweeping from the mountains towards the sea. The total distance spans 6232 metres with sculptured greens and landscaped with nearly 400 olive trees.
The views from the course are stunning along with a beautiful club house and spa facility.

We spent a wonderful week here in October 2007. The villa had just been completed. It is equipped and built to a very high standard. It is situated in a quiet location off a rural track in lovely countryside but near to the main road to Kyrenia.
The small estate is very select and ideally placed for lovers of walking/exploring and for golfers to enjoy the high class course just minutes away (not golfers ourselves but friends who played said it was very good). Wonderful beaches are in easy reach and are safe for children.
We spent some beautiful evenings chilling out by the pool after a barbeque on the upper terrace and some relaxing mornings in the good sized pool.
The nearby village of Esentepe is great for dining out or just experiencing the local Turkish community.
We fully recommend this villa for those who want a real relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a main centre but within easy reach of the main tourist area at Kyrenia
