The Paradise Gardens Apartment has 2 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a floor area of 96 sq.m. flyscreens are fitted to windows and heat reflecting shutters, for your comfort. It overlooks a large communal swimming pool and paddling pool, it is set in landscaped gardens. The ground floor apartment has its own small garden. It is a short walk to the banks, tourist shops, beach, restaurants, bars and other attractions, about 400m away.

Prices for the property per week are in UK Pounds.
Payment can be made in euros as from 1 January 2008. The apt. can be let as a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit, this will sleep max. 2 persons and 1 infant under 2 years using the cot in family room which overlooks the pool. Long term winter lets (4 wks or over) £550 per mth plus electricity.
Changeover day
Flexible. The last day of your holiday is classed as changeover day. Arrival/Departures times: Every effort is made to suit your flights.

Apartment is on one of the few Complexes in Kato Paphos that has MAINS DRAINAGE.

Accessibility
Good Access to all parts of the Complex, including the apt. (no steps) the patio, living area and swimming pool. Access to the bathrooms could be difficult for a Wheelchair to manoeuvre comfortably.
Outside
A large patio area, with covered pergola, 2 patio doors lead out on to this area, which is excellent for al-fresco eating. There is a table, chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds, all overlooking the superb communal pool. Free use of communal sun beds round the pool. Changing/Showers/WC facilities adjacent to pool. Private undercover Pergola, shading part of the large patio.
The Complex is well maintained and set in pretty mature Gardens, with many tropical plants.
Coast/Beach
Blue Flag municipal beach is 10 minutes walk. Beachside restaurant with views over the Med. Water Sports at both beaches.
Coral Bay beach is 12kms distance, from Paphos. Can be reached by bus or car.
Golf
Cyprus is the new Jewel in the crown for golfers. There are 3 Championship 18 hole golf courses, par71/72. Tsada Golf Club, just 20 minutes by car from Paphos town. Secret Valley golf course 18km east of Paphos, and the New 5 star Aphrodite Hills just a little further on.
Skiing
Skiing in the Troodos Mountains, a short season usually Jan to March. Cyprus is one of the few Countries in the world where you can Ski and Sun bathe in the same day.
Special interest holidays
Scuba Diving is a speciality in Paphos, with many diving schools close to the apartment, at good rates too!
Travel

Approximately 20 minutes drive from Paphos airport. Approximately 1.5 hours from Larnaca airport. Car hire is not essential. Taxi transfers between airport and apartment can be arranged in advance if required. New Terminal at Paphos Airport now open.
Distances
The Harbour is about 20-25 minute walk. Mini Market/kiosk 5 minute walk. Just outside of Complex. Nearest take away 5 minute walk. Nearest Restaurant 5 minute walk.
Aphrodite Water Park, Paphos, is a short bus ride, just a few minutes to the bus stop.
Beach, Blue flag 10-15 minute walk.

Location: The apartment is in an exceptionally good position, for trips out, if you do not want to hire a car, you can book with 'Anesis Tours' it is just a few mins walk to the coach pick up spot/and return point, you can do day trips to Limassol, Nicosia/Lefkara, Troodos Mountains/Kykkos Monastery, Geroskipou(where they make the ‘Cypriot delight’, Latchi fishing village/Polis, Northern Cyprus/Kyrenia/Bellapais Abbey and Baths of Aphrodite etc. (more details in the apartment). Tourist information centre close by along with restaurants, bars and shops, all walking distance. We have a folders full of places of interest, and hand-drawn maps with instructions to get to banks, supermarkets etc. Buses run very regular every 10 minutes going to the Harbour, Coral Bay and Paphos Market, bus stop 5 minute walk from Apt. Paphos is ideal for exploring historical sites, including World Heritage Tomb of the Kings, Paphos Mosaics and numerous Monasteries.
Paphos Town has a daily market selling leather goods and lace, and is well worth a visit. Further Excursions. Jeep Safaris to the Akamas Peninsular and Troodos Mountains. Coach trips to Lefkara(where the local Cypriots make lace), Adventure. Hot Air balloon, Quad bikes, Submarine experience. General interest. There are Cruises that do Exclusive Wedding Receptions on board, half day/full day cruises etc. Self drive boats and catamaran trip, sea fishing trips, horse riding, mini golf, go- karting, golf, tennis academy, scuba diving, snorkeling, nature reserves. Free wine tasting at village wineries. Waterparks for the children and young at heart. Your own 4 x 4 driver and itinerary. There are open air Concerts, held quite often in the Harbour area, also English speaking films in the Old Paphos Town.
