Notes on accommodation
This apartment is set in the unspoilt less developed part of Cypurs in the North of the island. It is part of a small development of apartments. It is ideal for a peaceful holiday or for a holiday with children for those who are not looking for nightlife and clubs. Bogaz offers a lovely quiet setting with some excellent traditional restaurants and there a number of delightful places of interest to visit slightly further afield.

Accessibility
There are no lifts on the complex and so it would not be suitable for those in wheelchairs.
Outside
There are 3 large beautiful swimming pools and 1 toddler pool all set amongst the well maintained landscaped gardens. There are plenty of free sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a poolside bar and restaurant serving snacks, drinks and full meals. There is a fitness room, sauna and Jacuzzi. There is plenty of parking right outside and 24 hour security on-site management office to give help and advice.
Coast/Beach
The sea is only 200m from the apartment with a beach just 400 metres away. Bogaz beach (approx 2 miles) and coastline has a choice of beaches for safe bathing, most offering restaurant facilities, sun loungers, umbrellas and water sports. Windsurfing, jet skis, canoes all available nearby. In the north there are some spectacular, unspoilt beaches -well worth the hire of a car to go and visit these.
Golf
Brand new golf course 45 minutes drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Erchan 35 minutes away if you fly direct in to the North. However you can also choose to fly to Larnaca as air fares are often cheaper, transfer to the apartment is about an 1 hour. Airport transfers can be arranged fron Echan -prices on request, but currently they are approximately £55 to and from Ercan and £80 to and from Larnaca.
Distances
The nearest village is Bogaz Fishing Village 2 miles (3km). Here you will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Famagusta (Magosa) is approximately 12 miles (24km) This is a fascinating ancient town with plenty of history. Othello's walled city is well worth the visit. Kyenia (Girne) is 50 miles (80km) - a pleasant drive across the hills. The old harbour with it's array of restaurants on the quay is another excellent day out.
Further details
There is a large supermarket - Lemar just outside Bogaz which will sells a wide range of well-known brands and some Turkish foods. There are a good selection of restaurants near to the apartment. One on site and a good choice in the village of Bogaz offering a wide selection of freshly caught fish, steaks, kebabs, salads and curries all served with traditional Cypriot dishes, while you dine by the waters edge. There are even more restaurants just a short taxi ride or drive away. There are banks, clothing and jewellery shops in particular in Famagusta. The currency is Turkish Lire although Euros are often an accepted form of currency.
Booking notes
We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total balance at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks before departure. On payment of final balance we also require a £100 returnable damage/breakage/key deposit which is returned if no breakages or damages within 7 days of your return.
