The apartment is part of a secure complex that includes swimming pool and tennis courts. It is close to local amenities including pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for families as it is quiet but close to amenities, beaches and activities. Larnaca is 20 mins away and has excellent shopping facilities as well as old town charm. Water Park is also around 20 mins in the opposite direction.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible as long as it does not clash with outgoing tenants.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed and double wardrobe, bedside tables with drawers. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted double wardrobes and drawers. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units fitted. Blow-up bed. Both bedrooms have blinds. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a toilet and a sink. There is also a full length cupboard with storage space for towels and toiletries. |
| Kitchen: | Apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. There is a dining table which seats 6, and a full range of crockery, cooking utensils, also an iron and an ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has 2 x settees and a TV with cable. There is a coffee table, and patio door which leads out onto the balcony with table and chairs. The patio windows are fitted with blinds. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are included, and will be clean on arrival. If you are staying of two weeks, there is an extra cost if you wish bed linen and towels to be changed after the first week. |
Notes on accommodation
The complex is gated, and has a code for entry. All apartments are accessed via an intercom system for added security. There is a lift to the apartment, as it is on the first floor. There is also a designated parking area. Both bedrooms and the living room are fitted with blinds. The property also has a safe for valuables, which you can set your own code on for added security.
Accessibility
The complex is very flat, and makes accessibility easy. Even though the apartment is on the first floor, there is lift access. Doorways are wide, and suitable for wheelchair access as is the whole complex.
Outside
The balcony has a patio table with 4 chairs. There is a communal pool which is enclosed in a garden area, where there are sun loungers and brollies available free of charge. There is a tennis court, which is floodlit, should you wish to play at night and is booked on a first come first serve basis. Tennis racquets and balls are found in the apartment.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is just 2km from the award winning Pyla beach, which has beautiful sand and clear water. Alternatively there is the McKenzie beach in Larnaca, which is about 15 mins by car. There are also several small beaches around which are accessible by car.
Travel
Fly to Larnaca from many airports. Also flights to Paphos, but there is an hour and a half's drive to Larnaca from Paphos. Motorway networks take you straight to Pyla, and is approx 20 mins from Larnaca airport. Many of the budget airlines fly to Cyprus. Driving in Cyprus is on the left hand side of the road. New for 2007 low cost airlines now fly to Cyprus (Monarch airlines). Car hire can be arranged or pre booked at Larnaca airport.
Distances
The old village of Pyla is traditional and friendly. You will find Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots enjoying life in the same village. The apartment is suitable for couples and families There are various shops and numerous tavernas and bars in the village - the food is very good. Alternatively 5 minutes away by car is a strip of restaurants - including Indian, Chinese, Italian, French and many more, here there are also bars for a more lively night - very family orientated.
Further details
Pyla village is a 4-5 mins walk from the apartment and there are several supermarkets as well as pubs, tavernas and restaurants. The village tavern in Pyla village is run by English people and the food is very good.
Fish and chips can be bought in Pyla village (take away, eat in or delivered).
There are many nice restaurants and bars along the tourist strip on the Dhekalia Road (the main road before turning to go into Pyla Village). Here you will find many traditional tavernas but also a wide variation of different cultures including Indian, Chinese, Italian, Tex Mex and French.
The blue flag beach (Pyla Beach) is also on the Dhekalia Road – the sand is dark but there are lifeguards on duty and the water is very shallow for a long time and safe for children. Plenty of parking and 2 bar/restaurants on the beach
You can visit the Turkish sector, to do this you will need your passport and will need to pay additional insurance of £10 cyp for 3 days.
Carrefour (Larnaca) – brilliant supermarket and ideal for anything you want foodwise (they also have a whole floor of household goods and clothing). There is also a fresh fruit market opposite and a bakery further up the road.
There is a Stone Rock restaurant located in the centre of Larnaca, where you cook your own steak on a hot rock.
If you want a bit more adventure try going into the Troodos Mountains or to the Waterpark (25 mins away).

We ask for a refundable security deposit of £100 which will be returned subject to a satisfactory property inspection following your stay. 25% of rental fee to secure booking. Final payment due 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellation refunds: up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge; 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded; 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded; less that 2 weeks no refund
