So if you want to holiday with friends or family, we can accommodate up to 8 people between the 2 penthouses.Or just 4 people in one penthouse. So evening drinks on the roof terrace can be a shared experience, or just the private affair. Overlooking the azure blue Mediterranean in one direction, or the breathtaking 5 finger mountains in the other. You will be only 25 mins away from the stunning harbour and town of Kyrenia (Girne) and 35 minutes away from the nearest airport Ercan. A hire car will be needed to get out and about, and discover just what Northern Cyprus has to offer. And at the right time of year, the legendary turtles can be seen as they come ashore at night and lay their eggs, an experience that will stay with you for a lifetime .So if its golf, scuba diving, water sports, history, or just a holiday to chill, this is the place for you.

Accessibility
Being a penthouse, to access, you will need to walk up the marble staircase. Not suitable for wheelchairs.

Outside
There are well laid out gardens in this private complex, with paved walkways that lead to the 2 communal swimming pools and gymnasium. There is private parking and also a tennis and vollyball court. The pool has luxury solid wood poolside furniture. Or just step outside of the complex and travel back in time to experience the traditional Cypriot farmers rearing cows sheep and goats,and living off the land. Truely a glimse into the past.
The roof terrace has patio furniture, so when you just want to relax and take in the stunning views, either for breakfast with the sun on your back or supping your nightcap, under the stars.

Coast/Beach
Only 5 minutes walk away from the crystal clear waters of blue bay. But there are numerous, often deserted beaches, within easy reach of the apartments.

Golf
Just 10 minutes drive from the outstanding Korineum golf and country club. This 18 hole course offers driving range, buggy and club hire. First class restaurant and health spa. Open to non-members.

Travel
Nearest airport is Ercan which is only 35 minutes away. Or Larnaca in the south of the island being approx 1.5 hours away. A taxi will be required if you fly into the south. But if you fly into Ercan a hire car can be arranged, and will be ready for you when you arrive. A hire car is strongly recommended.

Distances
The capital of Northern Cyprus is Kyrenia (Girne) and this is a 25 minute drive from the apartments. This amazing harbour is something that should not be missed. The nearest village of Esentepe is a 5 minute drive, where you can shop for provisions, petrol or just browse for that unique holiday gift. There are numerous historical sites that can be visited within Northern Cyprus. And endless walks for the avid rambler.
