Villa Jondon is equipped with the highest quality furniture and has everything for those seeking lovely beach or pool holidays or a beautiful winter retreat. The four, 3 foot wide single beds in the good sized, 2 bedrooms, can be configured to suit your family (eg joined to make king size double beds) and the 2 quality sofa beds in the large living area can sleep a further 3/4 people if necessary. The house is also fitted with the Satellite TV, CD and DVD Player. There is a garage under the house that can house two cars. Apart from the balcony in front of the pool the house has three other balconies for that perfect outdoor living. The front balcony now has a gate to stop young children entering the pool without supervision.

Prices are for the property per week in Uk pounds and include cleaning and laundry.
3 weeks for the price of two between 1 November and 18 May. Considerable discounts for longer term lets during winter. Please contact for details.
Changeover day
We are very flexible on changeover day which make booking your flight all the easier allowing you to book the most cost effective flights.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms have two, three foot wide beds that can be configured as singles or king size doubles. They have fitted wardrobes, bedside lights, pictures, mirrors, hairdryers and shuttered patio doors leading to their own balconies to ensure a good sleep. |

Bedlinen and towels included in the rental, but we ask holiday makers to supply their own beach towels. For booking of two weeks or more there is a mid-holiday change bedding and towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is fully air-conditioned and is great for couples, families with children or somewhere for the grandparent to enjoy! With the beach, pool, bars and restaurants all in such close proximity it is close to everything but also in a very peaceful location.

Outside
The pool is shared by only 12 houses and apart from the peak holiday season you often have it to yourselves. The front patio overlooks the pool as does the balcony outside bedroom two. There is lots of sun bathing area around the pool. At the rear of the house the lounge has patio doors to a balcony that has sea views and great views of the 'ghost town' of Famagusta. The main bedroom also has patio doors to a balcony with similar views.
As mentioned earlier all windows have shutters which are great for keeping out the early morning sun. Great when trying to sleep off the excesses of the night before. They also allow fresh air to circulate around the rooms.
Coast/Beach
Apart from the local beach there is a great variety of beaches on the South Eastern Cyprus coast from the beautiful coves to the busier beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras. There's a huge range of water sports and the scuba diving and snorkeling is fantastic. Whether taking your snorkel and a few pieces of bread to attract the plentiful fish or diving to see the Zenobia, one of the worlds top ten wreck dives complete with a cargo of trucks and lorries the options are endless.
Skiing
There are not many places in the world where you can ski in the morning and sunbath on the beach in the afternoon but Cyprus is one of them! The beautiful Troodos mountains are a two hour drive from Villa Jondan.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive by motorway with Paphos just over two hours away. Flights are available from a number of airlines including - BA, XL, Firstchoice, Cyprus airways, Flythomascook, Olympicholidays and Flymonarch (Luton - Larnaca).
Taxi or transfer from Larnaca to the house can be arranged for about £30. As with the UK you drive on the left making it very easy to get around by car.

We ask for a deposit of 25% and the remainder is payable 3 weeks before travel.
