An attractively sculptured and safe pool is at the rear of the apartment and is one of 6 (1 heated) on this friendly complex. The apartment is located on a quiet, well maintained and beautifully landscaped locale with grassed spaces and olive trees. This newly developed complex has many splendid facilities: tennis courts, basketball court, gyms and on site mini-market, cafe, bar are only a few.

Changeover day
Please note that the property will not be available before 14:00 hours your day of arrival and not after 12:00 noon on your departure. However, I am flexible and will endeavour to extend this wherever reasonably possible to ensure needs are met!

Bedrooms: Main en-suite double bed with 2 bedside tables. Dressing table. Hairdryer. Plenty of wardrobe space. Own private balcony with views of swimming pool. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table and wardrobe space.
Bathrooms: En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, low level WC and wash basin. Second family bathroom has full size bath with shower over, bath screen, low level WC and hand basin, bathroom cabinet. Both bathrooms are fitted with 240/110v shaving sockets.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen to meet all ones needs. Stainless steel pots/pans, crockery and cutlery etc. Almost all needs are catered for, even includes the kitchen sink!
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Clothes airer. Dishwasher.
Living Rooms: Three seat and two seat settees. Coffee table, rug, TV, DVD player are features of this lounge enabling one to relax with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea through the feature sliding glass doors. 2 ceiling fan lights are fitted as is air con.
Other: A conveniently situated 6 place, granite topped dining room table to eat or entertain is fitted. A patio set will be available on patio outside dining room for al fresco dining!
Cleaning/towels/

Apartment will be cleaned for arrival. Bedlinen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. A weekly cleaning service can be provided at extra cost.

 

Notes on accommodation
This bright and airy penthouse apartment is most suited to adults who wish for a relaxing, peaceful but most of all a stress free holiday. Most tastes have been catered for to enable guests to enjoy themselves and make the most of beautiful North Cyprus! The private sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs are sited on dining room patio for convenience.

Accessibility
The complex is easily accessible on good roads from the border crossing or Ercan Airport. The apartment is on the first floor of a two floor apartment block accessed by a wide staircase fitted with outside lights. The large private roof terrace is reached by a spiral staircase which may not be suited to some people or younger children.

Outside
The outside will be beautifully landscaped with grass verges, open spaces and indigenous Olive Trees. Parking is readily available and convenient. The large shared pool is very ‘user friendly’ not too deep but deep enough for swimming. It has sun loungers and tables for the use of patrons. The Apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is not troubled by through traffic!

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach in Turtle Bay Village is literally a 5 minute walk away. This beach will be 'man made' sculptured with a small jetty. Alagardi and Nature beach is 4km away

Esentepe is the nearest village which is 10 minutes away by car. Village and surrounding area has a number of local retstaurants, shops and internet cafe.

Please contact owner. 50% deposit of total rental to secure the booking to be paid by cheque (or bank transfer). Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by email. Balance required 8 weeks before start of holiday. Breakage deposit of £100 with balance and returned the week after the end of your holiday. Cancellation charges: up to 8 weeks - deposit, 4 weeks to 8 weeks 60%. Up to 28 days - 100%
