Changeover day
Please note that the property will not be available before 14:00 hours your day of arrival and not after 12:00 noon on your departure. However, I am flexible and will endeavour to extend this wherever reasonably possible to ensure needs are met!

Most tastes have been catered for to enable guests to enjoy themselves and make the most of beautiful North Cyprus! The private sun terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs are sited on dining room patio for convenience.

Accessibility
The complex is easily accessible on good roads from the border crossing or Ercan Airport. The apartment is on the first floor of a two floor apartment block accessed by a wide staircase fitted with outside lights. The large private roof terrace is reached by a spiral staircase which may not be suited to some people or younger children.
Outside
The outside will be beautifully landscaped with grass verges, open spaces and indigenous Olive Trees. Parking is readily available and convenient. The large shared pool is very ‘user friendly’ not too deep but deep enough for swimming. It has sun loungers and tables for the use of patrons. The Apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is not troubled by through traffic!
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach in Turtle Bay Village is literally a 5 minute walk away. This beach will be 'man made' sculptured with a small jetty. Alagardi and Nature beach is 4km away

Balance required 8 weeks before start of holiday. Breakage deposit of £100 with balance and returned the week after the end of your holiday.
