Not only are you just a few minutes walk from one of the best of many secluded beaches that abound along this coastline, you are also just across the road from the heart of Kapparis, with its stylish and traditional restaurants, bars, and shops. This spacious apartment is furnished to a very high standard with a contemporary feel; an open plan living/dining area leads to a balcony, which overlooks the large enclosed pool at the heart of the ‘Sundays’ complex, while its elevated position allows you to overlook the turquoise sea from your bedroom, lounge and balcony. Should you wish to explore further afield, the lively resort of Protaras is a 10 minute drive away, and Ayia Napa 15 minutes. The traditional town of Paralimini is a 5 minute drive inland.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Spacious bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, full length mirror, bedside cabinets, air conditioning, opening to a balcony with sea views. A hairdryer is also provided. Metal sprung action, leather sofabed in lounge, comfortably sleeps two adults.
Bathrooms: Modern design with WC, washbasin with mirror, and bath with shower over.
Kitchen: Luxury fully-fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, plus a full set of crockery and cooking utensils.
Utility Room: Although not a separate room, a washing machine and clothes airer are provided.
Living Rooms: An airy and spacious lounge/diner with two leather sofas and one large sofabed, coffee table, TV with satellite viewing, DVD, and radio. The dining area has a table with four leather chairs. Fully air-conditioned throughout, with access to the balcony.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly, please bring own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival, mid week cleans can be arranged if required.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has its own covered allocated parking space, and comfortable sun-loungers by the pool.

Outside
The patio overlooks the enclosed landscaped pool area with sea views. The patio has a beautiful glass topped table and four stylish chairs with plenty of room for al fresco dining.

The pool is larger than average and exclusively for the use of residents. Changing facilities, toilets and showers are provided poolside as well as pool loungers for your enjoyment.

Coast/Beach
It's less than a 5 minute stroll (honestly!) to the nearest sandy beach at Firemens’ Bay. Further around the coast is the Malamar village complex which provides all types of water sports. There is a water park in nearby Protaras, stunning walks along the coastline, picturesque harbours and many secluded coves.

Travel
Larnaca airport is 45 minutes by car; airport transfers can be arranged. Local supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. However, if you wish to explore this glorious island further a hire car (with air-conditioning!) is recommended. We can advise you on reasonable and reliable car hire companies. Driving in Cyprus is easy, as in the UK, they drive on the same side and use the same signs (in English).

Distances
10 minutes drive to Protaras and the national park at Cape Greco. 15 minutes drive to Ayia Napa, 10 minutes drive to the famous Famagusta viewpoint and 5 minutes drive to Paralimini. It is a 2 hour drive across the island to Paphos and the stunning Troodos Mountains.

Further details
The apartment is within the Sunday’s complex, located on Kennedy Avenue, which contains its own bakery, teashop, ice-cream parlour, hairdressers, and family bar. Along the street, there are a couple of small supermarkets, an Internet cafe, a selection of bars, and Cypriot, Italian, Chinese, and English restaurant. There is a 24 hour bakery and convenience store about five minutes drive away, in case you arrive at night and need to stock up on the essentials. We can provide a grocery pack on arrival if you would like one, please let us know when booking. The town of Paralimni is five minutes drive away and has banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc and is well worth a visit. Local activities include swimming, walking, cycling, fishing, mountain biking, boat trips and numerous water sports.

Booking notes
The prices quoted are inclusive of air conditioning, heating, linen and towels. A 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A fully refundable security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
