The villa is luxurious and spacious. It embraces open plan living downstairs, with a fabulous 750sqft ground floor space. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, water cooler and a full range of appliances for those of you wanting to take advantage of the tranquillity and space and eat at home. Alternatively, you may choose to have a barbeque and relax on either the front or rear patio watching the sun set. The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, master with en-suite and dressing room, double and twin rooms with stunning views, family bathroom, downstairs toilet, air con, central heating, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, and family sized dining table. Pervolia itself has a beautiful, cobbled central street, lined by a choice of four village restaurants. All guarantee a friendly welcome and a couple of them host evenings of live Cypriot music and dancing during the summer season, which are well attended by both tourists and locals themselves.

The lounge area has a contemporary feel with large brown leather sofas and black furniture.
TV and DVD player are provided should you choose to stay in and relax. Satellite TV has many channels to chose from. |

The kitchen, lounge and dining area are open plan, which keeps the house cool.
There is a generous dining table (seats 6) in the centre of the room, in addition to the patio furniture. |

We provide a washing machine and an outside airer should you chose to use them during your stay, but we will change bedding and towels weekly.
Towels and bedding are provided - just bring clothes and a beach towel!! |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning units in the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms, as Cyprus can get very hot in July and August.
Should you stay out of peak season, there is also a full central heating system, with radiators in all rooms.
The villa is located on a small complex comprising of 9 houses and 16 apartments. Many residents live here full time which creates a genuine sense of pride in the resort.

Accessibility
The villa has it's own drive, making vehicular access easy. There is a small step into the villa, and a cloakroom downstairs which is readily accessible from the lounge.
All bedrooms are on the first floor which is only accessed by a curved marble staircase with metal handrail.
Outside
There is a generous patio area both to the front of the villa (overlooking the pool) and to the rear (overlooking fields, with the sea on the horizon). Both these outside areas lend themselves to outdoor wining and dining into the early hours as both are well illuminated.
There is a well maintained shared pool in the centre of the complex, and patio tables and chairs and loungers surrounding it.
Coast/Beach
Pervolia beach is only 5 minutes drive away, and a pebble beach is easily within walking distance.
Mackenzie beach at Larnaca is less thana five minute drive from Larnaca airport, and is well known for its beautiful white sandy beach and refreshing waters. Here you can enjoy the water sports and restaurants famous for their Cyprus cuisine and fresh fish.
Travel
Only 10 minutes drive from Larnaca airport, but approx 1 and a half hours from Paphos.
Car hire recommended, unless you just want to relax and enjoy Pervolia.
There is a very good bike hire (push bike!) shop approx 7 minutes walk away if you feel like keeping fit.
Distances
Pervolia is centrally placed as a base to explore the whole of Cyprus. Worth a day trip are the Troodos mountains in the centre, and the busy resort of Agia Napa on the East of the Island. It is also worth a trip across the border at Nicosia into Northern Cyprus (Turkish owned), but don't forget your passport!
Booking notes
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Full payment is required 4 weeks before your departure date, and will include an additional £100 Refundable deposit. This will be returned to you on my receipt of your keys, and minus the cost of any breakages/damages incurred during your stay.
We charge a weekly rate of £375, with additional days costing £54 per day.
