Tala Sunset View is a luxurious, modern and comfortable villa, newly built for 2008. It offers all the comforts of home and has been finished to a very high specification. The 3 spacious bedrooms lead out onto the large wrap around balcony from which beautiful sea views and Coral Bay sunsets can be enjoyed whilst relaxing with a glass of wine or 2! The villa is situated in an elevated position, approx. 15 minutes walk from the quaint, picturesque village square of Tala which offers a wonderful selection of restaurants (one with free wifi) and bars and 2 village shops. The sandy beaches with water sports at Coral Bay are a 15 mins drive, as is Paphos with its large selection of restaurants and bars, wide range of shops, heritage sites and picturesque harbour area. Tsada golf club is a 10 mins drive away and horse riding is within a 15 mins drive. Paphos airport is a 25 mins drive with Larnaca airport under 2 hours away. Car hire is recommended to make the most of your stay.

Changeover is flexible. We will also try and accommodate late departures where possible depending on the follow on bookings.
Accommodation

| Kitchen: | The dining kitchen comprises of modern white units, granite worktops, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All kitchenware is provided. The dining area offers an extending glass table with 6 black leather chairs. |
| Utility Room: | A large store area off the kitchen houses the washing machine, ironing board, clothes airer and cleaning equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | The large open plan living area comprises feature fireplace, glass table and 6 dark brown leather chairs, dark brown leather 2 and 3-seater settees, glass coffee and side table. There is a 32" flat screen TV with English channels and DVD player. |
| Other: | Outside there are large patio areas and a large 5m x 9m private pool. The outside area is also complimented with a good sized shaded patio area which is directly off the kitchen and lounge area which provides a very welcome escape from the midday sun. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. A mid week cleaning service and linen change can be arranged at an extra cost and paid locally. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week. Please bring your own beach towels. |

Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fully air-conditioned (does heat as well). Air conditioning is included in the price. Ceiling fans are located in the open plan lounge/dining area and to all three bedrooms to add an additional cool breeze. All bedroom patio doors are fitted with fly screens. The villa has access to free satelite TV stations, DVD player with a selection of films and CD player with a selection of music . A selection of games and books are also provided. A cot and highchair can be provided on request. Cot bedding is provided, along with a hand blender and plastic plates, bowls and beakers. A safebox is also installed. All bedrooms lead out onto the large wrap around balcony with table and chairs, here you can enjoy breakfast whilst taking in the lovely sea views or have a relaxing evening drink and watch the sun setting over Coral Bay. A local contact telephone number is provided should you need any help during your stay. Please note: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Outside
The villa is situated on a large plot of approx 600sqm with its own private tiled drive and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a larger than average 5x9m swimming pool to the rear of the villa which is surrounded by very spacious sunbathing and patio tiled areas which facilitate garden swing chair, sunbeds, side tables and brollies, together with an authentic Greek purpose built barbeque and sink area and an outside shower. The outside area is also complimented with a good sized shaded patio area which leads directly off the kitchen and lounge area providing a very welcome escape from the midday sun. Here breakfast, lunch or evening dinner can be enjoyed around the large glass table with its six comfortable chairs and relaxing settee and chairs with coffee table and side table. The pool, gardens, terrace, and balcony can all be illuminated at night.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only a 10 minute drive and can be found along the main road towards Coral Bay, however this has no facilities. The beach at Coral Bay is a 15 minute drive away and is renowned for its sandy beach. Here you will find a selection of water sports, beach bars and restaurants.
Golf
Why not relax and enjoy a round of golf at the Tsada golf course which is only a 10 minute drive, whilst Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are approximately a 30 minute drive.
Skiing
There is a short skiing season between January and March in the Troodos mountains, which are approximately a 2 hour drive away.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is a 25 minute drive. Larnaca International Airport can easily be reached in 2 hours.
Distances
The village square of Tala is a 15 mins walk, Chlorakas village is a 10 minute drive where a large supermarket can be found and Peyia village is a 20 minute drive away. Paphos and Coral Bay are both a 15 minute drive while the lovely bay at Pissouris can be reached in 30 minutes. Polis and Latchi on the west coast can be reach in 45 minutes with the larger towns of Larnaca, Limassol and the island's capital Nicosia are all within a 2 hour drive.
Further details
A standard welcome pack, at no extra charge, is placed in the villa for you on arrival - includes, bottle of wine, bread, milk, jam, butter, ham, cheese, bottle of water, orange juice, tea, coffee and sugar. Tala's village square has several traditional tavernas, a restaurant serving international food, a couple of bars and 2 small supermarkets for every day needs. Further restaurants from Cypriot to Italian are only a 15 minute drive away in Coral Bay, while Paphos, a 15 minute drive away has a wide range of bars, restaurants, (many within the picturesque harbour area where local fish dishes can be enjoyed), banks and 24 - hour ATM's. Paphos is a World Heritage site with many places of historical interest to visit.
Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
A £200 security deposit in cheque form must also be sent with the final balance. We ask all bookings to adhere to our terms and conditions, essentially to ensure everyone has a better holiday!
Car hire can be arranged locally at very competitive rates.
