The Vrysoulles villa is a beautifully presented luxury, high specification, very traditional, fully air conditioned Cypriot villa with beamed vaulted natural timber ceilings. The villa contains many typical Cypriot features with arches and natural stone incorporated throughout. Situated amongst orange groves and is very quiet and peaceful therefore ideal for families who wish to relax in comfort away from it all. The village affords every possible convenience. There are numerous high quality restaurants and tavern’s, a large supermarket, banks, petrol station and excellent 24 hr bakery most of which are within walking distance. The villa is a 30 min drive from Larnaca airport. The lovely beaches of Agia Napa, Protaras and Cape Grekko are all within a 20 min drive.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen has oak units with granite tops which contain all the kitchen ware you may require. It is equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large modern dining table with seating for 6.
Living Rooms: There is a large lounge with a feature fire place, LCD TV and complete home cinema system with local satellite TV to be viewed from two sumptuous leather sofas, one of which is a good quality double sofa bed. Patio doors lead to a pergola covered patio.
Other: Under stairs cupboard contains security safe, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher. Cot bed, stair gate and bed guards can be located in bedroom 1 wardrobe.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The villa is managed by a very competent and helpful couple who live 2 doors away so any assistance or information you may require is close to hand. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Bed linen, towels and clean are completed weekly.

Externally the villa has a beautiful private 8x4m pool with a poolside shower. With 6 luxury sun loungers and patio set for 6 with a gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Child’s play area and play house. The beautiful professionally designed garden contains an astro turfed child’s play area with play house and various palm and fruit trees. There is also off road parking for 2 cars. There is also an external staircase to take you to the 1st floor shower room.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful Nissi Beach of Ayia Napa, Fig Tree Bay at Protaras and stunning Cape Grekko are all within a 20 min drive. All have a large selection of water sports available including speed boats, jet skis, parasailing and wind surfing. There is also a large water park located in Ayia Napa.

Golf
There are several golf courses within a reasonable distance that can be accessed by a short drive.

Skiing
Skiing is possible in the Troodos Mountains in December, January and February.

Travel
The villa is a 30 min drive from Larnaca airport. 2 hour drive from Paphos airport. A car is recommended for your stay and can be arranged at very competitive. rates.

Distances
The busier resorts of Agia Napa and Protaras are a 20 min drive and the town Paralimni is 10 mins away. The ghost town of Famagusta can be visited (with additional car insurance) and is a 5 min drive.

Further details
In walking distance you will find the local bakers that have fresh croissants, bread and fantastic cakes daily and a selection of small grocery stores, a bank and chemist. On the main road you will find a large supermarket, petrol station and a few smaller shops for your convenience. At the supermarket you can purchase fresh meat and vegetables every day and if it’s not out on display just ask.

At the Army base there is again another bakers, gift store (that sell English Magazines), cash point and fish & Chip shop.

If you do decide to visit the Northern part of Cyprus, you can continue through the Army base where you will find the check point. Please refer to the enclosed information for further details.

For those of you who do not want to venture very far there are a number of great cypriot restaurants in the village and below you will find a brief description of just a few. Xylinos – Set in the old village centre a pretty restaurant with great service and food. A relaxing evening can be spent outside in lovely garden surroundings.

Louloudia – Nicknamed the ‘Shack’ and you will see why. However don’t be put off as the food is plentiful and very good value for money. Here you help yourself to drink out of the fridge and just leave the bottles on the table to the end. Always busy so advisable to pop in before and book a table.

Green Garden – A favorite with Cypriot families with a large menu to choice from and great desserts for those of you with a sweet tooth! The restaurant is open daily apart from Mondays.

Orange Grove – Here you will find all the Football matches ‘Live’ where you can enjoy a cold beer and bar food. Popular with a lot of gentlemen! And more...
