A new, fully furnished first floor apartment which is situated on a new development with electronic gate entry and allocated parking. The large balcony is ideal for your morning coffee and alfresco dining, whilst relaxing and admiring the wonderful views. The apartment has 2 air-conditioning/heating units to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. A TV and DVD/music system with Ipod interface is provided to use at your leisure, there is also a selection of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, microwave, ironing board/iron and a large fridge/freezer. A hairdryer is provided in the bedroom. The apartment is just a 3 minute walk from the delightful village square of Pissouri. Here you will find a plentiful supply of traditional tavernas and cafe/bars for your enjoyment. The beautiful Pissouri Bay, with blue flag beach, is a mere 5 minutes drive from the apartment and a selection of tavernas and shops can be found here.

Outside
Large shaded balcony with table and 4 comfortable chairs with cushions. The impressive communal pools are 15m x 7.5m and 12m x 5m. The view from the pool area encompasses the beautiful scenery of the mountains and Mediterranean sea. There are both indoor and outdoor communal showers. WCs are also provided. A BBQ area with preparation surfaces and a sink is available for your convenience. Communal saunas are available for use.
Coast/Beach
Pissouri blue flag beach is a 5 min drive from the apartment and offers many water sports including water skiing, jet skiing etc. Here you will also find a good selection of tavernas, bars and shops.
Golf
Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses are within a 10/15 minute drive of the apartment along the beautiful coast road. Both courses offer first class golf.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos mountains.
Travel
Paphos airport is approx 20 mins drive and Larnaca airport is approx 80 mins drive away.
Distances
It is about a 3 min walk from our apartment to Pissouri village square. The village Amphitheatre is a 2 min walk away and plays etc are performed on summer evenings. The town of Paphos is about 25 mins drive away, where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants and several historical sights including Roman Mosaics and the Tomb of the Kings. Aphrodites Rock is a short drive along coast road. Limassol is about 30 mins drive away in the opposite direction and also has lots of nightlife.
Further details
There are several supermarkets and 3 banks with ATM machines in Pissouri village. There is also, amongst others, a greengrocers, a butchers, a bakery, an internet cafe and a gift shop. On Wednesday evenings, during the summer months, there is a 'Cyprus Night' in the village square with traditional music and dancing. A treat not to be missed!
Booking notes
Please contact us direct for full booking details. A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking, plus a refundable £50 damage/breakage deposit, which will be returned promptly after visit if no damages/breakages have occurred. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
