Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned and full central heating for wintertime. Luxurious communal swimming pool and baby pool with fabulous sea views. The beautiful, clear turquoise sea is only about 200m away from the apartment. Fig Tree Bay, with its white sandy beach, is excellent for families because the sea is calm and is quite shallow towards the beach, providing a safe play area for children. Volleyball pitch nearby. The main Protaras strip with its karaoke bars, restaurants and shops is just 250m from the apartment so it isn't necessary to hire a car, unless you are planning to travel further afield.
Outside
Balcony with seating for 4 persons. Plenty of space for the kids to run around in just below the apartment in the shared communal areas, including a lawned garden area next to the swimming pool. Large communal pool and baby pool.
Coast/Beach
Just 200m from the famous Fig Tree Bay (definitely one of the best beaches in Cyprus), a beautiful sandy beach where the sea is crystal clear and shallow enough for kids of all ages to enjoy. Here you can find plenty of water sports including water-skiing, banana boat rides, wake boarding, paragliding, jet-skis, speedboats for hire, etc.

Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca airport, which is about a 45 minute drive away. Once you get to the apartment, a car is not really necessary because you can easily walk to nearby facilities, eg. Protaras main strip 250m away, Fig Tree Bay 200m. The only thing that you might need a car for is to go to the largest and cheapest supermarket in Paralimni for food shopping once a week. Transfers can be arranged, upon request.
Distances
The main strip in Protaras is about 250m away from the apartment with all its nightlife, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Ayia Napa, with its white sandy beaches, water park and clubs is about a 10 min drive away. The traditional small town of Paralimni is a 10 min drive away.

In order to reserve the apartment, please e-mail us, stating the dates required. You will then need to send us a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival at the apartment.

This stunning apartment just could not be in a more perfect location for your holiday, just 200m from the sea and 250m from the main Protaras strip, with its wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
It has some of the best views in Protaras and it is a joy to wake up to such wonderful panoramic views of beautiful Fig Tree Bay, which are just breathtaking!

We bought these apartments due to their fantastic location and breathtaking views. They are fabulous for having fun, relaxing family holidays.
Unique benefits of the property
These apartments have some of the best sea views in Protaras and they are in close proximity to the beach and to the Protaras main strip so they are really convenient. The pool and baby pool are large and have fantastic sea views too. This is a residential complex but the owners mostly live in Nicosia so it is very quite and most days, you have the pool to yourself.
