Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are flexible. Villa can be available after 15:00 hrs on arrival day and it must be vacated by 10:00 am on departure date.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has large double bed and en suite, leads onto a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and overlooks the pool. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside cabinets. A hair dryer is available. |
| Bathrooms: | En suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and wc. Family bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin and wc. Separate wc and washbasin on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen. Appliances include ceramic electric cooker, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, saucepans etc. Large dining table with six chairs. |

Fresh bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels. The property and pool will be cleaned before your arrival. Maid service can be provided during your stay upon your request at an extra charge of Euros 45 payable directly to them. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned with split-units throughout, which can be adjusted for either hot or cold temperature. A child's cot and a high chair are available in the house for accommodating infants and small children. All bedrooms have curtains, window blinds and fly screens are fitted to all the windows.

Accessibility
Sorry, but unfortunately the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
500 sq.m. of terracotta paved patios, 8x4m beautiful pool at the back of the house with shallow end, sunbathing areas and garden. Loungers and umbrella are provided, perfect for sunbathing. The house also comes with a large yard with huge olive trees.
Coast/Beach
It is a 5 mins drive to Curium Beach/Agios Ermogenis Beach, with crystal clear water and a large selection of traditional fish tavernas. A 10 mins drive to Lady's Mile beautiful beach and beachside restaurants. All the beaches have sun loungers, umbrellas. Fasouri Water Mania waterpark just 5 mins away an excellent day out for all the family.
Golf
Various golf courses are available 30 mins from the villa.
Skiing
There are well established skiing facilities on Troodos mountains during the months of December, January, February.
Travel
The villa is approx 35 mins from Paphos airport and 50 mins from Larnaca airport. Car hire is highly recommended.

This luxurious villa is situated in Erimi a charming unspoiled small village 10 mins away from the hustle and and bustle of Limassol. A selection of local amenities which include pizza, chinese restaurant & take-away tavernas, fish tavern, steak house, small supermarkets, pharmacy, bakers, petrol stations, hairdressers all within walking distance. It is also home to a wine making museum.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental cost is required to secure the booking. The full balance is required 6 weeks from the travel date. Any bookings made within 6 weeks of travel will require full payment.
