Positioned on one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline where golden sandy beaches and honey coloured cliffs, sea caves, tranquil surroundings and the crystal clear azure water of the Mediterranean all blend together to form a truly magnificent and enchanting atmosphere. Firemans Beach is only 2 minutes walk from the villa, and within a 5 minute stroll you will find a wide choice of local tavernas, restaurants and shops. Our second lovely sandy beach has water sports galore and is a gentle 15 minute walk away. The villas fabulous 9m pool is significantly larger than most and its good size 400 sq.m plot, barbecue, outside shower and sun loungers ensure perfect outside living. The large flat screen TV with extensive choice of English TV channels, full air-conditioning and modern, high quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay with a true 5* feeling.

Cleaning, towels/linen and safe are all provided at extra cost, just bring your beach towels. The pool is professionally cleaned with visits at least twice a week. |

Accessibility
It is a short, flat walk along the coast and to the local shops and restauarants. However, all bedrooms are on the 1st floor so the property is not suitable for people who can't manage stairs.
Outside
At Fireman's Beach Villa we know you'll be wanting to spend lots of time outside. The private pool is 9m x 4.5m, significantly larger than most and accompanied by an outside shower. We are lucky enough to enjoy a plot of over 400m2 with planted area at the front and rear. There is a large table with 8 good quality chairs and very comfortable sun-beds. There is a fantastic built in barbecue with large sink located next to the landscaped gardens. We have private, shaded parking, ideal for keeping the car cool.
Coast/Beach
Firemans Beach Villa is a 200m walk from the beautiful golden sandy beach. (parasols and sunbeds available). Quiet little coves for peaceful swimming are even closer. A gentle 15 min stroll will find you at our second glorious beach with a great watersports facility for banana rides, hiring pedaloes and so on. Famous Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay are only a 5 or 10 min drive.
Travel
Larnaca airport is 55km and a 45 min drive. Car hire is not needed. A short taxi or bus ride will take you to Protaras centre, Ayia Napa or Paralimni. We can arrange airport transfers for you with our management company.

Water Park 20 mins. Ayia Napa 10 mins. Paralimni 5 mins. Protaras centre 5 mins.

The large flat screen TV is equipped with a huge choice of Satellite channels, including several English film channels, kids and sports channels galore.
Booking notes
We provide a simple booking form for you and require a £200 per week reservation deposit with the rest due 8 weeks before your holiday.
