Pissouri Bay is approx half way between Limassol and Paphos. The bay is a secluded friendly resort ideally situated for exploring the coast and villages of Cyprus. The area offers a wide variety of activities for all the family including the blue flag beach, diving and near by golf resorts (Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills). The apartment is on the first floor within a small block of 10 with shared pool, restaurant and bar within 1 minutes walk. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped including baby facilities.

Changeover day
This is flexible subject to availability. The apartment is available from 4pm on arrival and should be vacated by 12 noon we try to accommodate our guests needs regarding change over time so late departure may be available depending on booking.

Lounge/dining area with 3 seater sofa converts to double bed (allowing 6 to sleep), 2 chairs, TV DVD player, midi stereo.
The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people. DVDs, CDs and books all available. |

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included, but guests are required to provide their own beach/pool towels. The apartment is cleaned prior to and after each rental and weekly for rental of 2 weeks or more. |
Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans throughout the apartment and air conditioning units in both bedrooms. There are solar panels on the roof for continuous hot water supply plus emersion for top up if required.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchairs or people with difficulty with stairs.
Outside
The balcony has table and seating for 4 with view over the bay. There is parking near the apartment and car access for loading and unloading. A communal swimming pool with sunbeds, restaurant and bar is a minutes walk away.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag beach is 10 minutes walk away with family facilities including water sports, and local taverners on the beach front for lunch and dinner. There are also stunning secluded bays within 20 minutes drive some are pebbled while others have wonderful stretches of golden sands.
Golf
There are 2 championship golf courses only 15 minute drive away. Secret Valley is a pretty course which is very busy. Aphrodite Hills is a recent very challenging course with breathtaking views.
Skiing
During December to March skiing is available in the Trodos Hills with equipment hire and lesson available. This is a 2 hour drive by motorway to the resort.
Travel
Phapos airport is just under 30 minutes away, and Larnaca is approx 80 minutes away. The roads to both airports are good and normally not busy. There is much to see on the island and car hire is recommended, which we can arrange by prior agreement including child car seats.
Distances
Phapos and Limassol are both 30 minutes drive away with many places of archaeological interest nearby. The Trodos Mountains are a picturesque 40 minute drive away, where skiing in the winter months and mountain biking and walking in the summer are available. Pissouri village is just a 5 minute drive up the hill.
Further details
Pissori Village is remarkably well serviced with 3 banks, several supermarkets, a post office, various taverners, and take away services. The taverners (including Moonlight, Bunch of Grapes, Hill View and Olympus to name a few) all offer a range of traditional cuisine as well as some international dishes. There are also a number of bars which although popular never get overly busy and offer something for everyone form a day time coffee to quiz nights in the evening. Between May and October the village square comes together in Cyprus nights. Where every Wednesday three taverners, and Fridays at the Vine Leaf Tavern offer excellent self service Mezes, entertainment from local Cypriot dancers during and after eating, and discos in the evening as well.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Flight details will be required should you require us to arrange car hire which includes a pick up from the airport, or a taxi.
