One of two spacious apartments set on a meticulously planned development located close to the sought after village of Geroskipou which is famous for it's pottery and the traditional sweet 'Cyprus Delight' and is also home to the garden of Aphrodite. This upmarket complex boasts a large overflow communal swimming pool which is exclusive to guests and with excellent amenities consisting of a restaurant, mini market and clubhouse offering guests the convenience of a meal or brandy sour as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean. The beautiful unspoilt beach of Geroskipou is only a mile away and after a hard day relaxing to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore, is the perfect location to sample some of the local cuisine. Kato Paphos is only a short taxi ride away (5 mins) and for extra entertainment in mind, it's worth noting that Paphos water park, mini golf and the biggest go-kart track on the island are within walking distance.

Bedroom: 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes (with hangers), dresser and mirror, hairdryer, air conditioning unit and heater. Duvets and linen. Fully tiled modern bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, mirror and toilet, towels, etc. Modern kitchen: well equipped. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board. Fire blanket, extinguisher, smoke alarm and first aid kit. Utility room: Large cupboard with iron and ironing board etc Living room: Large air-conditioned lounge/diner furnished with 2 seat leather sofa + 3 seat sofa-bed. Table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD player with a library of DVDs, CDs, books for your use. Linen (but not beach towels) is provided and changed weekly. Apartment cleaned weekly. (More often if requested). A welcome pack will await your arrival. |

Outside
After a hard day around the pool, the beach or taking in the beautiful scenery simply sit down and relax in your private garden/patio area to reflect on the day.
Coast/Beach
Geroskipou beach is only a mile away. It's unspoilt in a quiet location that also appeals to the locals, referred to by some as the best kept secret in the Paphos district. At one end of the beach you will find the small shack type taverna giving a real flavour of local cuisine to the other extreme of one of the many excellent fish restaurants on the island.
Golf
The apartments are ideally situated to 3 x top-class 71-72 par 18 hole courses that are open all year round. The award winning Aphrodite Hills set on high plateaus with stunning views of the sea. Tsada – set in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains offering stunning scenery and Secret Valley which is located amidst breathtaking dramatic rock formations.
Skiing
The Troodos mountains offer novelty skiing between January and Mid March (sometimes April - depending on weather). There are 4 ski runs lifts with cafes/restaurants located around the resort - Troodos is about an hour away by car.
Travel
Paphos airport is only 10 minutes away which is approx 10 euros in a taxi if pre-booked and Larnaca is close to 90 minutes each way. Car hire not essential but good to explore the beauty of Southern Cyprus. To be sure of hiring in peak season, book prior to your trip (there is ample parking). New international airport and yachting marinas planned this year.
Distances
Paphos harbour approx 35 mins walk 5 mins taxi. Tomb of the Kings heritage site 15 mins taxi. 'Bar-Street' 10 mins taxi. The harbour and medieval fort are 35 mins walk 5 mins taxi. Picturesque trails in Troodos Mountains or Akamas Peninsular about 1 hour’s drive. Limassol is 1 hour’s drive. Nicosia and Larnaca about 90 mins drive.
Further details
The centre of Geroskipou village is 2 minutes walk away where local supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, wicker shops, Cyprus Delight sweet shops can all be found and if you need to catch up on the office, there is also an internet cafe providing you that link with home.
Booking notes
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the full payment required within 6 weeks of your holiday. If a booking is made with less than 6 weeks before your holiday commences then full payment will be required at the time of booking.
A £200 deposit is also required to cover damage and or any breakages that may occur - this will be refunded 14 days after your return and we have confirmation that no deductions are necessary.
