An ideal base for a peaceful holiday with beach and other activities near by. The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated and has a large furnished patio and terrace area. There is a shared pool on the neighbouring terrace with shower and toilets. The village of Oroklini has everything you could require, restaurants and cafes, 2 excellent bakeries, supermarkets, banks, etc, most of which are in walking distance. The local beaches are sandy and safe, the nearest public beach is less than 10 minutes drive and has a restaurant and children's play equipment as well as sun loungers and parasols. Larnaca's main tourist area is just 12-15 minutes away. Ayia Napa, with its award winning water park, Water world, famous nightlife and stunning beach is just 20 minutes away. For those wanting a more scenic trip, the Trodos mountains are fresh, cool and beautiful and an easy 2 hour trip. There is a shared children's play area at the rear (shaded) of the neighbouring block.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Saturday, but we can be flexible. Arrival is after 2pm and departure is by 10.30am.

Notes on accommodation
Should you require a cot, please state at time of booking and allow 28 days notice.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and accessible to people with limited mobility. The parking area is on the same level as the apartment, although there is one step on the patio to the terrace. There have been no special alterations for disabled people.
Outside
The south-facing terrace overlooks the pool but is safe for children as they are separated by walls. The patio is furnished with table and chairs and the terrace has 2 sun loungers and parasol. There is also a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Larnaca bay are sandy and shelve gently. The closest beach is about 10 minutes drive and Larnaca tourist area is only about 15 minutes drive.
Travel
Larnaca airport is a 20 minute drive. Paphos airport is about 2 hours away. Taxis are available at the airport, although, car hire is necessary. Cypriots drive on the same side as us, signs are in English, it's a very easy place to drive.

The centre of Oroklini is a 5 minute walk.

Larnaca 15 mins by car.
Ayia Napa about 20 mins by car.
Nicosia 30 mins by car.
Limassol 40 mins by car.
