Notes on accommodation
Please note that air-conditioning at approx 8 hours per day is part of the weekly charge and there are no meters etc. However, to enable us to keep our rental prices low we rely on goodwill so please do not leave it on when out of the apartment. An electric meter reading is taken before and after to monitor usage and if an excess is obvious than then a charge may be made and deducted from refundable deposit. User friendly and suitable for all age groups. Strictly no smoking indoors please.

Accessibility
Each block at Yiasemi Court has designated toilet facilities for disabled/wheelchair users. Main front door access to the apartment is via steps or a ramp and inside the apartment each room is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
Outside
Table and four chairs on the private patio with a gate for quick and easy access to and from the apartment. Large private swimming pool for residents only. Loungers and parasols provided. Pool shower and toilet facilities. Safe play area for smaller children next to the pool. Allocated car space.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach and the warm clear water of the Mediterranean is only a 10 minute stroll away. Fireman's beach (see photograph) is a lovely sandy cove with sunbeds and umbrellas. A coastal path will lead you to many more secluded coves. Head the other way and you will reach Blue Water Bay, Ayia Triada and then the Fig Tree Bay. A short drive past Protaras will bring you to the national park of Cape Greko with it's fascinating sea caves and the beautiful Connos Bay.
Travel
The apartment is just 45 minutes (65km) by car or taxi from the airport at Larnaca. We can arrange to have you picked-up from the airport by our managing agent. A car is available for hire when booking this apartment, making it the best way to explore all that Cyprus has to offer. Also, Paphos Airport is approx 2 hours away by car, and worth considering as a route in and out of the country, as it sometimes has cheaper flights. See 'Further Details' for more info and prices.

The apartment is in a quiet side street 2km from Kennedy Avenue, the main road in Kapparis. Along this road are restaurants, bars, shops, mini-markets and car/scooter hire. There is also a fantastic 24hr bakery a few minutes away by car. Banks can be found 3kms away in Paralimni. Local currency (Euro) can be drawn from numerous cash machines. You can exchange travellers cheques at most hotels. The apartment is on an exclusive development, with both permanent British and Cypriot owners and holidaymakers. A safe, clean and friendly environment makes this a fabulous location to base your holiday from. Suitable for all age groups and tastes. Booking notes
You will be required to pay £100 deposit (non refundable) when you book. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 security deposit for breakages (refundable) will be collected from you on arrival by our Managing Agent. On the day of your departure checks will be carried out and if all satisfactory then your deposit will be refunded.
