This apartment is brand new for 2008 and is part of an exclusive development of 68 apartments close to the sea and amenities in the quiet all year round resort of Kapparis. It has a landscaped communal pool and veranda. All furnishings are to a very high standard and provide comfortable facilities home-from-home. It is 2km from the livelier resort of Protaras with endless bars, tennis, crazy golf and diving . It is about 14km from Ayia Napa where water parks and lively entertainment can be found. The local beaches of Kapparis are secluded and sandy, but also provide water sports such as boat hire, jet ski and diving. 2km inland is the town of Paralimni which has some trendy bars and shops including Marks and Spencer. Nearby is the viewpoint to Northern Cypus where the deserted hotels and beach can be seen. Cape Greco Nature reserve is nearby. Within walking distance are the beach, shops, bars and restaurants with traditional Greek contemporary Italian, Chinese and English food.

Notes on accommodation
This location would suit families and adults alike with something for everyone nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor so would provide comfortable access for the elderly or disabled as well as those with young children. There is a dedicated parking space under cover outside the apartment. Local car hire is reasonably priced and there is a bus service which runs from the bottom of the road, as well as local taxis for venturing into Protaras and other surrounding destinations.

Outside
The development has been landscaped and tastefully finished with orange trees and other plantation. The swimming pool has a water feature and is large for the size of the complex with sun loungers, sunshades, changing facilities and showers. There is also a paddling pool for the younger children. There are also play areas for the kids with play equipment in a safe environment. To see video of the pool and play areas type 'chromata' into youtube.
Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to the nearest beach which provides some water sports and loungers /umbrellas.
Travel
Laranaca airport is 60km away which can be accessed by taxi if you do not wish to have a hire car for your holiday. Whilst allowing greater freedom and access to the surrounding areas, it is not essential to have a car to enjoy this location. Alternatively, Easyjet are now flying into Paphos which is a two hour drive. Monarch are now flying in to Larnaca with very competitive fares. If you need assistance with finding flights we are more than willing to source flight price options for you.
Distances
Protaras is 2km away with its livelier bars and entertainment including waterpark and 14km away is Ayia Napa for those wanting the club and nightlife. In addition to the shops and bars on the Kapparis strip, there is also a big supermarket called Orphanides and a fantastic 24 hour bakery which are both only a few minutes away. There is a small convenience store on the same road as the apartment which is only 2 minutes walk away where you can get milk, bread etc.
