Prices are for the property for 2-4 persons per week. £25 per addtional person, per week.
Changeover day
As flights are available 7 days a week changeover days are flexible but weekends would be preferred, please enquire if required.

The open plan lounge area has a leather suite comprising a one, a two, and a three seat unit, occasional tables with lamps, coffee tables, central rug, ample storage cupboards and display cabinets. Satellite TV will be available for the 2008 season. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All towels and bed linen are included. the property is cleaned for arrival and then on a weekly basis. There is a pool maintenance service which cleans and tests on a regular basis. Welcome packs containing basic commodities are supplied. |

Accessibility
The villa is on a sloping location with steps to most entrances so is unsuitable for persons with mobility problems.
Outside
The property is fully walled and gated with ample parking space for several vehicles. The garden to the rear and side of the villa is mainly gravelled with flower borders. The 8m x 4m pool has a roman end and varies from 0.5m to 2m in depth and is surrounded by terracing giving ample space for sunbathing. There are several sun loungers with padded covers, 2 small tables and 3 parasols. Inflatables are available for the use of guests.
Coast/Beach
If relaxing on a beach is preferred to lounging by the pool, perhaps the nicest sandy beach in Northern Cyprus can be found at the Denizkizi Hotel which is about 5 minutes drive away. Another 2 minutes drive would take you to Escape Beach which is also very popular. Both beaches ask a small fee but they offer very good facilities such as loungers, parasols, restaurant etc.
Travel
The airport for Northern Cyprus is Ercan which has a 40 minute transfer time to the villa, alternatively it is possible to fly to Larnaca in Southern Cyprus which can be reached in 1.5 hours. Car hire is essential and a good company can be recommended on request. This company will collect from Ercan or Larnaca and deliver a car to the villa.
Distances
The nearest mini supermarket is approx. 10 mins walk but larger supermarkets, shops and restaurants are about a 5 min drive away. The beautiful harbour town of Kyrenia is approx. 20 mins drive. There are many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and banks on the route to Kyrenia.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the letting together with a £100 security bond. The bond will be returned within 14 days of the completion of the letting subject to any deductions due to damage/breakage. Should it be necessary to cancel once payment has been made the following will be applicable: Between 4 - 8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. Between 2 - 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
