Well equipped with all you will need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Dining table and chairs. Lounge area: With 2-seater sofabed. 20" flat screen colour TV with Sky, DVD player with USB input, Stereo with CD player and USB input. Patio doors leading out to large private veranda overlooking pool. Shower room: With power shower, shaver socket, wc, wash basin. Veranda: Spacious sunny veranda overlooking the pool with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Pool area with sunbeds and parasols provided. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. |

Notes on accommodation
No pets. No children under 18. As a courtesy to our non-smoking guests, please do not smoke inside the apartments. Fully air conditioned (included). Heating for winter months (incl). Iron, ironing board and airer in each apartment. Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Apartments are cleaned twice a week. Linen and towels are changed weekly.
Outside
Each apartment enjoys a private west facing terrace with outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining. Terraces overlook the pool and catch the sun from noon til sunset. Atmospheric night lighting in the pool and grounds provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.
Coast/Beach
Paphos enjoys an expansive coastline providing a wide variety of beaches to choose from, ranging from secluded bays, to lively resorts, sandy beaches and rocky coves, you are bound to find the right one for you. A favourite with the locals, Municipal Beach is a blue-flag sandy beach just a few minutes walk away. Water sports, sun bed and umbrella hire are available here from April to October. There is a beach bar and restaurants nearby. Coral Bay is just a 15 minute drive or bus ride away.
Golf
There are 3 18-hole championship standard golf courses in Paphos, all within an easy drive.

Skiing
Skiing in Cyprus is a well kept secret! The ski season generally runs between January and April. The Cyprus Ski Club which is an hour and a half drive away has four ski lifts reaching 8 alpine ski runs on the slopes of Mount Olympus (1,951m). The runs accommodate all skiers, from beginner to advanced levels. There are also cross country ski tracks. Downhill and cross country ski equipment can be rented. It really is possible to ski in the mountains and swim in the sea on the same day!
Travel
Paphos International Airport is a 15 minute drive away. Larnaca International Airport is a 90 minute drive away.
Distances
5 minute walk to beaches, water sports, picturesque harbour and ancient UNESCO sites including Paphos' famous mosaics and amphitheatre. 2 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops and tavernas. 10-25 minute drive to Paphos' three 18-hole international standard golf courses. On a bus route to Coral Bay and Paphos old town. 15 minute walk to Paphos old town with its museums, market and clothes shops. The ancient Tombs of the Kings are a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
Further details
Facilities within a minutes walk include a kiosk (corner shop), bakery, internet cafe, DVD rental shop, launderette, car hire, Scuba diving centre, hairdresser, pub and restaurant serving food from breakfast through till dinner. The nearest major supermarket and bank are just a 5 minute walk away. For those of you who prefer a more active holiday there are many activities available nearby including fresh water and deep sea fishing, cycling, scuba diving, snorkelling, golf, horse riding, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and windsurfing to name but a few!

Guest comments
We've stayed here 4 times now and each time we've stayed in the same studio apartment. I think I can honestly say that we've never stayed in such comfortable self catering accommodation anywhere we've travelled around the world. I don't know if it's the warm relaxed welcome we always receive from the owners or the apartment itself, but each time we come here it feels more and more like coming home. We will definitely be returning again! Many thanks to Helen and Alvin for all your help and advice, you always know the best places to eat and drink! The apartments are well equipped, clean, comfortable and like home from home. We were extremely impressed with the cab booking and advanced shopping service. It made our arrival stress free.
