Canna Villa, 10 minutes east of Kyrenia, is one of 7 detached villas in a cul-se-sac, each with its own private garden and pool, and is fully airconditioned, also with central heating and a log fire for winter months. It has 4 double bedrooms. The kitchen, living room and the two en-suite bedrooms open onto a large, shady veranda which runs along the south facing back of the house, which is like an extra room for relaxing and eating outside, whilst overlooking the pool, the beautifully mature, colourful and very private garden, also the mountains. There is also a roof terrace with shade, table and chairs with lovely sea and mountain views, a favourite spot for drinks at sunset. Facilities include full airconditioning, central heating, log fire, also dishwasher and washing machine. There are several different areas for dining and sitting out in the garden.

Notes on accommodation
We would appreciate guests not smoking in the villa.
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms, also oil fired central heating, solar heating, an immersion heater, and a gas fire. There are fly/mosquito screens on all doors and windows.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
The large shady veranda running along the back of the house is ideal for outdoor living and the roof terrace is accessed by an outside spiral staircase. The garden is mature, colourful and very private. There are sunbeds by the pool, tables, chairs and umbrellas in several places to take advantage of the sun or shade required. The pool is 8m x 4m with roman steps and a handrail. It is not fenced off so care needs to be taken with small children.
Coast/Beach
There are several sandy beaches nearby, 5 - 15 mins drive away. All have restaurants and changing facilities.
Golf
Fifteen minutes drive away there is a new international standard golf course and driving range with wonderful sea and mountain views. The clubhouse has a very good restaurant for a drink or dining out.
Travel
Fly to Ercan Airport in the north, via a stopdown in Turkey. 30 minutes drive to Ozankoy.
Fly to Larnaca Airport in southern Cyprus where we can arrange for you to be met and taken to the north - 90 minutes drive to Ozankoy.
Distances
It is a 15 minute walk into Ozankoy village with several good restaurants, a village shop, and butcher. Kyrenia is a 10 minute drive away with its many waterside restaurants beneath the crescent of converted tall carob warehouses forming an imposing backdrop to this most beautiful harbour and imposing castle.
Further details
Floodlit Bellapais Abbey can be seen from the villa and is only a short drive away - a lovely spot for sunset drinks. There are several supermarkets close by. There are riding stables 5 minutes drive away and we have two bicycles available for use. Marked walking trails in the Besparmak mountains are only 15 mins away. Boat trips and diving courses are available.
Booking notes
The villa is looked after locally by an English couple who will do their best to help in any way they can. A 25% deposit is payable with the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday. We ask for a £200 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to you one week after the holiday. Payment can be made direct into our UK bank or with a cheque sent to our UK address.
