This new luxury first (top) floor apartment with private roof garden is part of a small complex of 6 apartments with a large shared swimming pool, situated in the village of Emba, which is a 10 min drive from the lively areas of Paphos harbour and Coral Bay where you can find a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There are water sports at the beautiful beach at Coral Bay. The village has tavernas, bank, mini supermarket, theatre and two beautiful churches. A large supermarket is 1/2 a mile away. The balconies and roof garden have spectacular views of both the sea and mountains and provide perfect areas for sunbathing, eating and enjoying beautiful sunsets. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is furnished and equipped to a high standard with all mod-cons. A luxury comfortable holiday accommodation close to beaches and many tourist attractions. Tombs of the Kings, water parks, 3 golf-courses and a short drive to the Troodos Mountains and many others.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the first floor with stairs to the entrance this may be a problem for people with mobility problems, there is no wheelchair access.
Outside
Private Roof Garden is ideal for barbecues and relaxing, it is equipped with sun umbrella, table and chairs, loungers and barbecue. Shared large swimming pool has shower, wc and changing facilities, loungers and sun umbrella adjacent to garden area. Front and rear balconies with sea and mountain views respectively have table and chairs provided.
Coast/Beach
Emba village is situated between Paphos and Coral Bay, which are both approx 10 mins drive away, Paphos offers a choice of different beaches and there are restaurants, pubs, clubs, and tavernas galore. In Kato Paphos there is a picturesque harbour where you can watch the world go by in the open-air cafes and restaurants along the quayside. Coral Bay is a self-contained mini resort with beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and shops.
Golf
There are 3 championship 18 hole golf courses (par around 71/72) within easy reach. Tsada Golf club is 20 minutes drive from Paphos, Secret Valley golf course is about 20km east of Paphos and the 5 star Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex slightly further on.
Skiing
Winter Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains, about 90 minutes drive from Paphos.
Travel
Paphos Airport - 20 minutes drive.
Larnaca Airport - 90 minutes drive.
Car hire is essential to fully appreciate the Island but local buses and taxis are available.
Distances
Emba village is a few minutes walk away for small shops, pizzeria and a couple of traditional Cypriot tavernas. Local villages, Tala, Kisonerga, Chloraka and Pegia are a short drive away and have more bars and restaurants. Paphos Harbour is 10 mins drive, Coral Bay also 10 mins drive.
Booking notes
£100 reservation fee to confirm booking is required. In case of cancellation this fee is not refundable, but every effort would be made to offer other available dates, if requested/possible. Please note, a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance of your rental charge 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure upon a satisfactory inspection. Payment normally in GBP to UK bank.
