Paralimni town centre 1km away which has all the amenities that you would expect of a large town, shops supermarkets banks etc plus a lovely church. Kapparis is approx 2km away with quiet beach coves restaurants & bars. Pernera & Protara are 5-10 minute drive away which have several sandy beaches & numerous shops bars & restaurants.

On confirmation of your booking a deposit of £50 per week full payment to be made 6 weeks prior to departure in addition to this a £100 security for damages which will be returned at end of your stay.
