The historic harbour with its abundance of local restaurants, taverns, bars and entertainment is only a few minutes away. The villa has its own private pool and patio area; furnished with table and chairs and sun beds. There is also a large Greek style BBQ for al fresco dinning. Fully furnished front balcony area. All ideal for hot lazy days and warm sunset evenings. The villa is equipped to exceptionally high standards with everything you need for a relaxed and memorable holiday. The extra large living area is ideal for families and is complete with sat TV/DVD. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with all appliances.

Accessibility
Villa is ideal for couples and children. Villa is not suitable for wheelchair users as all bedrooms are located on first floor level.
Outside
Villa has its own private 8m x 4m pool located in its rear garden. there is a Greek style BBQ and patio dinning table and chairs for all your al fresco dinning. there are also sun loungers to the pool area for sun bathing.
there is also a front patio area within the mature front garden, this is furnished with a table and chairs. 1st floor balconies to front and rear of villa, both furnished with chairs.
Coast/Beach
Orchards Villa is situated within the Universal area of Kato Paphos. The local beaches are situated within a 2 min drive or 15-20 min walk away. Blue Flag awards, water sports and gentle sloping sands offer the ideal locations for young families. The Akamas Peninsula with its deserted beaches and breathtaking scenery is a 30mins drive away. Coral Bay is a 20min drive.
Golf
3 golf courses, all available within a 30 min drive from villa; Tsada golf club, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley. All equipment hire is available at each course.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountain Range is a 2 hour drive away. The highest peak being Mount Olympus at 6154ft. There are 4 main slopes, all with lifts, catering for all classes, from beginner to advance. Skiing lasts from January through to April, allowing you to ski in the morning and be back for a swim in the afternoon! In the summer months, Troodos provides breathtaking walks, cycling and horse riding with magnificent views surrounded by Cypress trees.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 15 mins away. Larnaca Airport is about 2 hours away.
Car hire is not essential to get to shops, restaurants, bars etc.
For those looking to explore more and see all that Cyprus has to offer, car hire is recommended.

Nearest shop within 3 min walk, nearest bar/restaurant within 10 min walk. Paphos Harbour 3 kilometres. Paphos old town 3 kilometres.

Bar street with its many bars and clubs is a 15 -20 min walk or a 2 min taxi ride away. Lazy days in the sun or full on action packed, you decide. It's your holiday, you do as much or as little as you wish.

Prices are in UK pounds per week. All air-conditioning is included in the price stated. Unlike most other villa rentals, we do not charge extra for air-conditioning. Booking deposit 30%. Balance 12 weeks before departure. All deposits non refundable. You are advised to take out travel insurance.
