Changeover day
To help achieve maximum bookings we prefer change over day to be on a Sunday, but any enquiries are welcome.
Panorama Villa

The Accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a spacious lounge with a leather 3 piece suite, TV, DVD, CD stereo and Playstation 2 with a selection of games and films. There is a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine). Downstairs there is shower room with WC, and a twin bedroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are a further three large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, one with twin beds and two with double beds which have patio doors opening on to a secure balcony area, also a family sized bathroom.
Traditional good quality bars, restaurants and a supermarket are close by. Bed linen and towels are provided, (not beach towels). Air conditioning, gas and electric are included in the price.

Villa has a DVD and Playstation 2 with a selection of games and films. There is a strict non-smoking policy within the villa

Privately owned brand new spacious 3 bedroom luxury villa, sleeps up to 6 people and is situated on the east coast of Cyprus on the outskirts of Ayia Napa at Ayia Thekla. The villa is approximately 200 metres from the beach and has fantastic sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a large 8m by 4m pool, with a fully equipped patio comprising of six sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and barbeque area, there is also parking for two cars.

On the first floor there are a further two large bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with twin beds and the other with a king sized bed, both have patio doors opening on to a large secure balcony area furnished with a table and 6 chairs. There is also a large family sized bathroom.
