A 10 minute drive to Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay where you can find a large variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Coral Bay boasts a lovely sandy beach with water sports. We recommend a car to explore the island but taxi services are available for when you fancy a night out. The villas are modern and fully air-conditioned. They are equipped with all mod cons to make your stay a true home-from-home.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes/dressing table, ceiling fan, a TV and DVD player and a balcony with patio furniture that overlooks the pool. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes/dressing table and shares the balcony. The third bedroom has twin single beds and fitted wardrobes with dressing table. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, wc, vanity unit and sink and is very spacious. Downstairs is a large open plan living and dining area which has a large 6 seater dining table, two comfortable sofas around a large coffee table, a large TV with Sky and DVD player. The well fitted kitchen comprises, sink, cooker, hob, extractor, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. Large selection of cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery, glasses and cutlery There are 2 large patio doors that lead outside. |

Notes on accommodation
Our properties are situated in a quiet cul de sac, in a quiet village so it’s an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet only a short car journey to the main tourist areas. You could spend your whole time relaxing by the pool or use the villa as a base from which to explore the whole island, the choice is yours. Equipped to a very high specification you will want for nothing during your stay.
Accessibility
The properties do have some steps so wheelchair access is limited.
Outside
Each villa has its own private pool, approx 8m x 4m. 6 reclining sun loungers and table and chairs on the patio areas for eating and drinking outdoors. There is an outside shower by the pools and at the side of the property is a driveway for off street parking.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay Beach is 10 mins drive, sandy, with water sports facilities.
Golf
Tsada Golf Course is about 30 mins drive. Aphodite Hills and Secret Valley Golf Courses also within a short drive.
Skiing
Winter Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains.
Travel
Paphos airport 20 mins drive away. Car hire is essential to fully appreciate the island but local taxis are available.
Distances
Emba village is a few mins walk away for small shops and a couple of traditional Cypriot tavernas. Local villages, Tala, Kisonerga, Chloraka, and Pegia villages are all a short drive away and have more bars and restaurants. Paphos Harbour is 10 mins drive, Coral Bay also 10 mins drive.
Further details
A large supermarket is only a few mins drive away in Kisonerga. Nearest restaurant approx 1km in Lempa.

20% non refundable deposit required at the time of booking to secure villa. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. £150 refundable damage deposit required (returned within 10 days of departure from the villa). Special rates available for long stays or bookings of more than one villa at a time.
