Situated within village of Droushia, a 2 min walk to the supermarket and local tavernas. Villa Sophia is ideally suited to couples or families who are looking to enjoy and experience a truly Cypriot village location. Villa Sophia has 3 double bedrooms, each having a full bathroom of its own. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are on first floor, each with own balcony and spectacular views of the Chrysochous Bay. The 3rd bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has twin beds, TV and Xbox (if required), own bathroom and access to the swimming pool directly. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open-plan and occupy a large spacious area which has been tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and designed to cater for 6 or more. The lounge has comfortable seating TV, DVD with full Satellite coverage, all UK channels available. The pool area is well equipped and enjoys great views. Outside shower, barbecue, ample seating, table for dining, and sunbeds.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen has been fully equipped to offer a home from home. Mixer, sandwich toaster, casserole dishes, microwave, roasting dishes, glasses and cutlery, plenty of utensils, pots, crockery. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine situated in utility area in 2nd bedroom in true Cypriot style, as the Cypriots do not believe in taking dirty laundry through the house! It actually works really well, laundry basket on first floor landing. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has very comfortable 3 and 2 seater sofa and armchair. Flat screen TV with full UK channels via Satellite, DVD, portable CD player. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Clean linen is provided as are towels including pool towels. There is a free maid service once a week which includes a towel and linen change for guests staying into a second week. |

Accessibility
Villa Sophia offers a downstairs bedroom and full downstairs bathroom facility which could assist prospective guests who have mobility issues. Villa Sophia is on a flat level site and has patio doors for an additional access facility which could accommodate wheelchair.
Outside
The outside area of Villa Sophia is fully enclosed and safe for children to play. The villa is detached and the grounds allow complete access around the property. The pool is 8 x 4, it has regular cleaning on a weekly basis and is maintained to a high standard and is fully equipped with life buoy. There are 6 comfortable sun loungers. There is a fresh water, outdoor shower at the side of the pool. There is a large comfortable table and chairs to seat 6 and is ideal for alfresco dining. The barbecue is traditional and offers a rotisserie style arrangement.
Coast/Beach
Latchi and Polis are 15 minutes drive from Villa Sophia. Latchi has a great harbour with picture post card fishing boats and a quiet shingle beach. Enjoy a meal at one of the wonderful fish restaurants or simply enjoy coffee and watch the world go by. If sandy beaches are more your style, Coral Bay or Coralia beach can be found 30 minutes drive towards Paphos.
Travel
Paphos International airport is a 45 minute drive away. Car hire is easily available from the airport or locally. Car hire can be arranged for you as part of a holiday package - please contact us for further details.
Distances
Droushia (Drouseia) is a very traditional unspoilt Cypriot village, having maintained its rustic charm. It offers a real Cypriot experience. Droushia is 27km from Paphos and 10km from Latchi and Polis.

Droushia offers an ideal hillside location and traditional village life. It is very quiet and offers local tavernas and supermarkets.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking, with full balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. No security deposit is payable. Credit card payments are accepted - a £40 handling charge applies.
