The apartment is newly furnished and equipped to a very high standard with lots of extras. It is set in quiet surroundings just outside the beautiful village of Pissouri, only 20 mins from Paphos airport. For your convenience the fully equipped kitchen and utility area includes washing machine, iron and ironing board. TV and DVD player add to the entertainment, with a selection of films and music provided. The balcony overlooks the pool and is superb for sunny morning breakfasts and evening meals. The village square with tavernas, shops and banks, is about 5 minutes away, or a 10 minute drive takes you to the blue flag beach for water sports, swimming or just enjoying the sun. We meet each guest at the apartment, providing a personal service, including a starter pack of groceries and wine! This is a new, small, stylish development therefore guests will enjoy a quiet, private environment, close to all amenities.

| Bathrooms: | Large family bathroom with huge 'walk-in' shower, (the width of the room!!!), handbasin and wc. Separate cloakroom with wc and handbasin. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped with oven, hob and fridge/freezer. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine with surface above. Microwave and storage also provided in this utility area. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge area furnished to a high standard, with Maple style units and leather sofas. Television, DVD player and lamps add to the comfort of this superb area which is open plan to the dining area with feature glass dining table and four chairs. |

Towels and bed linen are provided. (Please bring your own beach/swimming towels). Comprehensive starter pack of groceries is left for each guest as a gift. Further supplies can be ordered and paid for on arrival if required. |

Outside
The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and is ideally furnished for 4 people. The originally shaped pool is completely enclosed and safe and includes sunbeds and tables.
Coast/Beach
Pissouri has a blue flag beach, just 10 minutes drive away, popular for the provision of water sports as well as relaxing on the sunbeds. There are tavernas and shops, a dive school and a hire shop for quad bikes etc!
Golf
2 championship golf courses (Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills) within 10 minute drive.
APHRODITE HILLS GOLF CLUB has been designed by the world-renowned Cabell Robinson. The course has been carved out of a forest of carob and olive trees on two high plateaus divided by a ravine and overlooking the legendary sea-birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite. The course is 6,665 metres long and is a par 71 with a double ended practice range, short game practice facilities and golf academy.
SECRET VALLEY GOLF CLUB, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.
Travel
Paphos airport approx. 20 mins drive, Larnaca airport approx 75 minutes drive. The provision of the 'motorway' makes travel very easy in Cyprus!
Further details
Pissouri village square boasts 3 banks and ATM machines. There are a number of supermarkets in the village and beach areas, as well as a greengrocer, butcher, bakery where bread is baked fresh daily, gift shop, book exchange and our recent acquisition... a charity shop supporting the local hospice.
The provision of these facilities has not detracted from the quaintness of the village which retains many of the original Cypriot features from years ago. This is a village where 'new' has meshed with 'old', providing visitors with an insight to the Cypriot way of life, where locals meet in the square, chat, play backgammon, drink coffee and offer a friendly welcome to the local ex-pats as well as visitors. A must in your holiday if you want the true Cyprus experience!!!
Cyprus nights on a Wednesday are a wonderful cultural experience, as well as being great fun. Come and watch the dancing, admire the costumes and try the glass balancing for yourself! A wonderful evening!
