Villa Panigale - a great place to relax and get away from it all. Located in Psathi, a small village in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains, overlooking a nature reserve. Although a peaceful location there is much to see and do and it's all within easy reach too. The village of Polemi is 1 mile away and has small supermarkets and tavernas/restaurants. It's only a 20 minute drive to Paphos where both culture and entertainment are combined - shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, archaeological treasures and nightlife! The villa is also only 5 minutes from Tsada championship standard Golf course, and 20 minutes from Coral Bay - blue flag standard and the best natural beach in Cyprus! For the adventurous, you may want to take a short flight to neighbouring Egypt, or a 2 day cruise from Limassol to Cairo, the Pyramids, the tomb of King Tutankhamen and the River Nile.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Panigale is brand new, so all furniture, beds and bedding are in perfect condition. Long term renters welcome, please contact me for excellent rates.
Accessibility
The villa is suitable for the the elderly or infirm as all rooms are on one floor but not accessible for wheelchair users. Please note, that although children are very much welcome, the pool is unfenced.
Outside
Just a couple of steps from the living room and you're outside on the large south-facing terrace. Swim in the private pool and sunbathe to your heart's content while gazing into the distance over vineyards and olive groves. Outside furniture consists of table, 4 chairs, parasol and 4 sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is stunning Coral Bay, a 20 minute drive to the best natural beach in the whole of Cyprus, blue flag standard too, so, clean as a whistle.
Golf
The local village of Tsada boasts an 18-hole championship standard Golf Course set in the beautiful grounds of a 12th century monastery, and is only a 5 minute drive from the Villa. It's a lovely course with pleasant cool breezes in the summer, and with a variety of challenges from the 175yd Par 3 on the 2nd hole to the huge 527yd Par 5 on the 17th. In all the yardage is 5989 metres which apparently you should do in 71 - Best of Luck!
The Club features a Driving Range, Putting Green, Pitching and Chipping area, Pro Shop, Club house, restaurant and bar, PGA qualified Instructor and a Tennis Court for your non-tennis-playing guests.
When you've exhausted the Tsada course, there are two other golf courses just a 30 minute drive away - Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
Travel
Nearest airport: Paphos - 20 mins. Car hire is necessary.
Further details
If the kids need to expend a little energy then head over to Aphrodite Water Park for all-day wet action!

If you'd like to book Villa Panigale then please contact me and I'll email you a booking form to complete. 25% of the total is required to secure your dates, then the balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday together with a £100 refundable security deposit. We accept sterling or euros.

'We have recently returned from a thoroughly relaxing holiday at Villa Panigale. The accomodation was superb, well described and spotlessly clean.
The area was rural and quiet, just the thing for a winding down holiday.
The car hire was essential to get about and the local shops and restaurants were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed The Lemonari in Stroumpi and The Farmhouse at Kathikas.
We were really well looked after by Barry next door, who was on hand with good advice on where to eat out and shop. Excellent directions from John, the owner, A fantastic holiday and well worth a return visit.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought this villa because of the tranquil area it's in, it's unobstructed views, the fact that this area is not built up at all (much of Cyprus is becoming that way) and because there's only eight properties on the development. It's a very relaxing place to be but still with easy access to Paphos and other towns / villages / beaches.
