Villa Eos sits in an elevated position providing panoramic views of orange groves and the nearby coast. It is perfectly positioned, within easy reach of Paphos airport as well as a number of top class golf courses (Secret Valley 5 mins, Aphrodite Hills 10 mins). The private garden provides a beautifully landscaped environment in which to relax next to a private 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool. Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, a gas BBQ and lawned area. The master bedroom has a fabulous terrace overlooking the swimming pool providing far reaching and tranquil views. The villa is luxuriously furnished and exceptionally well equipped throughout with full air-conditioning, a substantial sofa bed in the lounge and a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The location and villa quality offer the answers for a variety of holiday needs, with its quiet location yet close vicinity to local restaurants, beaches and superb golf.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Eos has a strict no smoking policy inside the villa but outside on the terrace/pool area is fine. Suitable for children of all ages, cots and highchairs are available for hire upon request. Fully air-conditioned (reverse heating for winter months). All showers are high pressure. Our local representative is on call 24 hours a day to ensure that you have a completely relaxed and stress free holiday. Pets are not allowed at the villa. Welcome packs are available on request. Standard welcome pack includes bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, fruit, cereal etc. Luxury welcome pack, as standard, plus wine, beer, ham, cheese etc. Please enquire for up to date prices at the time of booking.
Outside
Villa Eos has a private and secluded 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool for sole use of its guests surrounded by ample and beautifully landscaped gardens, including patio, terrace and grassed areas. An outside shower is provided to help ensure the pool stays free of sun cream/oil. There are ample loungers, umbrellas and chairs for the large, landscaped pool terrace as well as a table and chairs for a peaceful start to the morning from the master bedroom terrace. A gas BBQ and utensils are also provided with plenty of outside lighting to enable alfresco dining and relaxation. The rear garden also has a revolving clothes line for your convenience. The elevated position of the villa provides far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and coast.
Coast/Beach
Villa Eos is located a 10 minute drive from Mandria beach, 15 minutes from the fabulous Pissouri beach and the Rock of Aphrodite, 20 minutes from Paphos beach and 40 minutes to Coral Bay beach. Water skiing, paragliding, windsurfing, banana boats, canoes, pedalos are all available within the locality as well as a diving centre and coastal boat trips in Paphos harbour itself. The charming traditional harbour at Paphos and the village of Pissouri to name a few provide tempting dining experiences.
Golf
Cyprus is rapidly becoming a favourite golfing destination and Villa Eos provides an ideal golfing holiday base. The daytime temperature rarely falls below 16 degree making playing conditions perfect in the cooler months. There are three excellent 18 hole golf courses close by. The brand new Elea (Nick Faldo) Golf Club has now opened, just a 10 minute drive away. Secret Valley Golf Club is just a 5 minute drive providing an excellent Cypriot golf experience as well as a fabulous restaurant. It has a driving range, chipping area and putting green and is close enough to get in some daily practice! The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex has a championship course just a few miles further up the coast, a short 10 mins drive and is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaus, 300m high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6665m. Finally, Tsada Golf Club is just 30 mins away on the road to Polis, is located in the grounds of a monastery, plays to a par 72 and measures 6060m. A fabulous variety.
Skiing
Skiing in Cyprus I hear you say? Well, yes, it is possible to ski from the beginning of January to the end of March in the picturesque Troodos Mountains which are just an 1.5 hours drive from Villa Eos, Making it possible to ski in the mountains and swim in the sea on the same day.
Travel
Villa Eos is conveniently located just 10 mins from Paphos and 1 hour from Larnaca International airports. Car hire is recommended to gain the most from your Cypriot holiday and we can provide recommendations for car hire upon request. Easy Jet now fly from Manchester, Gatwick and Bristol to Paphos.
Distances
Kouklia is a charming, traditional Cypriot village just 20 mins drive from the heart of Paphos and 25 mins from Limassol. It has traditional tavernas, coffee shops, and two small supermarkets and an ATM only a short stroll from Villa Eos. The nearest beach at Mandria just a 10 minute drive,with water sports available at Pissouri, a 15 min drive. Kouklia is perfect for golfers with 3 courses close by. The village of Kouklia also boasts a historic archaeological museum.
Further details
Paphos itself has lots to offer everyone - young and old, singles, couples and families. There are plenty of authentic places to eat, drink and while away those pleasant days and evenings. A charming fishing harbour and medieval fort, the old town with the daily local market and plenty of shops, all types of water sports from the beach, plenty of sports facilities for the active, plus thousands of years of history to discover, in particular the mosaics and amphitheatre at nearby Curium. There are many attractions available within the surrounding area including, for the more active, 3 golf courses, water sports, water park, safari trips, fishing, go-karting, 10 pin bowling, mini golf, horse riding, diving centre, tennis, fitness centres, shooting skiing (in the Troodos Mountains from beginning of January to end of March). Cycling and hiking/nature trails. In addition, more sedate and relaxing activities can be found within easy reach. There are aquariums, wineries, monasteries/ Greek temples/ Byzantine churches/ archaeological museums, art galleries, Paphos medieval fort, Paphos harbour, boat trips, potteries, lace village, donkey sanctuary, bird park, snake park, bird watching as well as excursions to Egypt, Israel, Syria, Lebanon. A wide selection of tourist guides and information are provided at the Villa itself. In addition to the vast amount to see and visit Cyprus, and the Paphos area in particular, provides an average of 340 days sunshine a year. A perfect combination to relax and enjoy whatever type of holiday you are seeking.
Booking notes
If bookings are spread over more than 1 charging period, the total payable will be calculated on a pro rata basis. A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or £100 if higher) is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 (non-banked chq provided no damage) must be paid with the final balance. Payments may be made by UK cheque or bank transfer. The description of the villa is spot on, everything you need is here. The property is very well maintained and spotless. The owners go out of their way to ensure your holiday is a memorable one. If you want total relaxation and the laid back Cypriot village way of life, this is the place.
Villa Eos is just as described, peaceful, clean, relaxing absolutely fabulous. We chose this villa as our honeymoon destination and what a perfect place to choose, clean well maintained and highly recommended to all ages of people. We are returning in summer for two weeks with all our family as the villa can sleep many adults comfortably as well as our kids, who cannot wait to get in the pool.
