Coast/Beach
Alagadi beach (for turtle watching) is approximately 5 minutes away by car. Acapulco Hotel (with a lovely sandy beach and Aqua Park for children) is approximately 10 minutes from Turtle Bay heading towards Kyrenia. We can provide half price discount cards for entrance & spa treatments. We can also provide you with discount cards for Vogue beach club where there are water sports. Escape Beach is west of Kyrenia heading towards Lapta. Karpas Peninsular is about an hour's drive away to the east.
Golf
Korineum Golf and Country Club (with Health Spa) is located 500 metres from Turtle Bay Village. It includes club house complete with a fitness centre, unisex hair styling salon, massage facilities, sauna and beauty treatments. The Clubber's lounge and bar caters for relaxing drinks and snacks and the Club House Restaurant provides an unmatchable experience with its spectacular variety and quality of cuisine married with a picturesque view. All the dining facilities are surrounded by extensive levelled terraces. The golf academy is fully equipped with 3 full length practice holes, a range of short game practice areas and a cafe and a bar to relax.
Skiing
Skiing is possible in the Troodos Mountains.

Activities available in North Cyprus are fishing, scuba diving, go-carting, paragliding, turtle watching at Alagadi Beach which is 3 kilometres away, Paint Ball, mountain climbing, water Parks (Acapulco Hotel), walking, horse riding, mountain biking along the Kyrenia Mountain Trail (bikes, helmets etc can be hired), visits to historical castles such as St. Hilarion, Buffavento and Kantara together with the Bellapais Abbey and the Shipwreck Museum in the Harbour, plus many more in Kyrenia and surrounding areas. Farmagusta with its walled city. Or if you are feeling adventurous take a 2 hour drive up to the Karpaz Peninsular to see the wild donkeys and see the famous Golden Beach which is stunning.
Travel
Flights into Larnaca with Monarch, BA or Pegasus into Ercan are some recommendations. Transfer time approximately 1 hour 15 mins from Larnaca to Turtle Bay. Alternatively you can get flights into Ercan Airport in the North and transfer times are 25-30 minutes. These flights go via Turkey and usually land on the tarmac for an hour and take off again - no need to leave the plane. Car hire and transfers can be arranged prior to departure. Please enquire.

Esentepe village is a few minutes away by car with several restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, doctor's, police station, petrol station and a few shops.
Further details
Kyrenia is about 15 minutes drive from Turtle Bay Village. Several restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a bank are within this drive into Kyrenia.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. We also ask for a £100 breakages deposit. This will be returned 7 days after departure.
