A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house to rent with private terraces and balconies with sea views and sun all day. Located in a small complex (8 houses/8 apartments) with a communal pool with shower etc. but only a short walk to the seashore. Fully furnished with air conditioning (also heats) and ceiling fans. Quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants, sea and bars. 2 allocated parking spaces. Short walk to Paphos/Coral Bay main route bus stops or 10 mins drive to Paphos harbour, 15 mins drive to Coral Bay. Minutes drive to large Chlorakas supermarket, pharmacy, bank, hairdressers and shops. If required, taxi collection and drop off can be arranged on request.

Notes on accommodation
A 'chair' bed (single) which is currently located in the main bedroom (can be moved) provides the option of a 5th bed, if required. The property has air conditioning units (also heats) in the lounge and bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms are also incorporated. The house is approximately 1 year old and was built by one of the most respected builders in Paphos. The fixtures and fittings are of high quality including Italian kitchen and 'built-in' wardrobes.
The house is extremely suitable for a family holiday since it is located in a quiet residential location with easy access to all the delights of Paphos (harbour and town) and Coral Bay.
Accessibility
One of the parking spaces is opposite the main door of the house on level ground. To go down to the pool and the second parking space a very short (5m to 6m) road incline has to be used.
Outside
The house has 2 balconies (off bedrooms) and a large outside terrace (off lounge), all accessed via patio doors. Lovely sea views are available from the front balcony and terrace. Each balcony has a small table and 2 chairs while the terrace has a large patio table and 4 chairs. Also a collapsible sun lounger is provided.
Bench tables, loungers and umbrellas are also provided in the area adjacent to the pool. The pool area incorporates an underground shower, changing room and toilet.
Coast/Beach
The seashore is a short walk from the house but for beaches with facilities 10/15 minutes drive to sea at Paphos and Coral Bay.
Golf
There are several very good golf courses within a relatively short drive from the house.
Skiing
The Troodos mountains offer a very short skiing season usually beginning at the end of January/early February and lasting approximately 4 weeks. The drive time to the Troodos is less than 45 minutes.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos, which is approximately 20 - 30 minutes drive time, dependent upon the traffic. Larnaca airport can be reached by motorway very easily and is approximately 1.25 - 1.5 hours drive again dependent upon the traffic. It is recommended to hire a car for your stay in Paphos although the main bus route, with its frequent service between Paphos and Coral Bay is only a short walk from the house.

Chlorakas village centre is a 5 minute drive away.
Paphos town centre and harbour is a 10 minute drive away.
Coral Bay sandy beach with its 5 star hotels and quality restaurants is a 15 minute drive away.
Further details
Quiet residential area with restaurant, seashore and bars all within walking distance. Minutes drive or longer walk to large supermarket, pharmacy, bank, hairdressers and shops.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday along with a £100 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded approximately 1 week after holiday end following inspection of the property.
