With uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. Situated only a 5 minute drive from the resort and well known beaches of Coral Bay. Peyia Village with its tavernas, supermarkets and banks are also within a 5 minute drive.

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible, with a 3pm check in and 11am departure.

| Other: | A Meet and Greet service is provided for our guests who will be met at the villa for the handover of the keys. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen included and will be changed once a week. Cleaning will be done once a week. Pool and beach towels are not supplied. Please note on bookings of less than 13 days there will be no linen change or clean but can be arranged at an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning for cooling and heating is included in the price. Safety deposit box and hairdryers are provided. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival.
Accessibility
From the front door to the pool area there are 4 steps.
Outside
The patio doors from the living room leads onto a small terrace ideal for watching the activities around the pool or enjoying that relaxing glass of wine while watching the spectacular sunsets. Steps lead down to the 8mx4m pool which has walk in steps. The surrounding area is well equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a lovely Pergola to escape the midday sun with a family size table chairs and gas barbeque to enjoy those alfresco meals. To the rear of the property there is another terrace with table and chairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. The mature well maintained garden has an abundance of trees, shrubs and fruit trees.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bays blue flag beach is just a 3-4 min drive from the Villa with its water sports, dive centre, cafes and restaurants. The Sea Caves can be reached by foot with a 10/15 minute walk. Paphos harbour is a 20 minute drive away.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within easy driving distance. The nearest is Tsada, the course is 15 mins drive of Paphos Town and is in an elevated position of 550m above sea level. It plays to par 72 and measures 6060. The clubhouse includes bar, restaurant, tennis, outdoor pool, driving range and putting green. Secret Valley Golf Club is located 18km east of Paphos and is set within a valley, it is an 18 hole course that plays to a par 72 and measures 6020m. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is 17km east of Paphos and is a championship course that plays to a par of 70/71 and measures 6232m.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains during December to February. The Kykkos monastery is also close by.
Travel
Paphos airport approx 30 mins by car. Larnaca 2 hours drive away. Car hire is highly recommended to make full use of your holiday.
Distances
Coral Bay with its shops, restaurants, takeaway's, banks doctors and pharmacy is just 5 minutes drive away. Peyia Villiage with it's supermarket, bakers (doughnuts to die for), butchers, fish monger, taverners and local bars, is just under 5 minutes drive away. Paphos just 20 minutes away has a full selection of shops an indoor local market and a beautiful harbour in which you can relax enjoying a drink or meal in one of its many restaurants. There a 3 restaurants within walking distance.
Further details
The villa's location makes it ideal for that get away from it all holiday or a base from which to explore the surrounding area or further a field if you wish. The island is steeped in history, and with it's abundance of water sports, horse riding and golfing there is something for everybody to enjoy. Within walking distance there are tavernas/bars. Also close by is Paphos Bird Park and the Akamas Penisular an area of outstanding beauty also Lara Bay where the Turtles nest.

A 30% non refundable deposit is payable to confirm the booking with the final payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
