Notes on accommodation
Full air-conditioning and heating. Selection of books, games DVDs provided. The villa has a large garden, with patio areas overlooking the golf course and out to sea and infinity edge swimming pool. The gardens and pool are private. The 12 metre pool is a constant depth pool approx 1.5 metres deep, pool heating is available at extra cost if required. We ask residents to not smoke inside the villa.
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The villa has large private balconies, a private roof top terrace, an extensive patio, BBQ area with shaded areas outside, including electronic powered sun canopy and a large patio area around the pool. The garden is beautifully planted with grass areas, mature trees and flowering shrubs. Patio furniture for 8/10 to dine outside, together with comfortable seating areas. Loungers for the pool side are provided. A large, south facing first floor terrace looks out to sea with top quality patio furniture perfect for morning through to evening sun.
Coast/Beach
Villa Anatoli (which is Greek for Sunrise) looks straight out to sea from an elevation of approximately 200 metres. Approximately a mile from Aphrodite's rock. 2km from the nearest beach (pebble) and 10 mins to Pissouri for water sports and a sandy beach.
Golf
Overlooking the signature hole of the golf course and approximately 15 minutes walk across the ravine to the club house, shops and restaurants. Aphrodite Hills golf course is outstanding. Designed by Cabell Robinson (responsible for Valderama among others) with numerous different tees it provides a fair test for pros and club golfers alike. In the next valley is the Secret Valley golf course which though less prestigious is a good scenic course with a lovely club house.
Skiing
The Troodos mountains just 1 hour drive away provide wonderful walking and cycling in spring/summer and skiing pistes with good skiing conditions from Jan to March.
Special interest holidays
The tennis academy on site with 4 floodlit courts provides courses for all levels and will arrange games with players of similar levels. The Aphrodite Hills Spa is beautiful and was recently voted best spa in the Eastern Med. Horse riding is available, lessons and riding trails for all levels of experience, just 15 mins up the valley from the resort.
Travel
Paphos airport 15 mins. Larnaca airport 75 mins. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Beyond the Aphrodite Hills resort which has shops and restaurants you can find Pissouri and Pissouri Bay 10 mins, a small but lively resort. Paphos 20 mins and Limassol 30 mins: the 2 biggest resorts on the South Coast of Cyprus.
Further details
On site in the Aphrodite village centre, within walking distance of the villa is an excellent mini market including bakery, a number of shops, some good reasonably priced restaurants, the golf club which has extensive indoor and outdoor areas for meals or drinks, a sports bar and the 5 star hotel which itself has a number of highly recommended restaurants.
There is also the 'Rainbow Kids Club' open 5 days or 7 days a week depending on season for ages 3 to 12 and a well equipped area exclusively for teenagers with disco, pool and table football, computer games and internet access.

We love Aphrodite Hills because of the fantastic facilities in the area, and in the resort in particular. There are some beautiful beaches in the area and lovely villages nearby with a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Paphos airport less than 15 minutes drive away.
