Sunrise Villa really can offer peace and tranquility and yet is only minutes away from the beaches, bars and various restaurants of Coral Bay. Step outside to the extensive rear gardens of the villa and the views are breathtaking. With a cold beer or a glass of wine, take in the peace and tranquillity, feel the light ocean breeze and admire the views. Beyond the large sun terrace is your own 10m x 5m swimming pool with walk-in Roman steps leading down to the cool clear water. Why not try out the Greek style BBQ and outdoor kitchen. There is a large thatched gazebo and a large patio area and grassed sunbathing area. You even have your own volley ball court and table tennis table.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is built on 3 levels. The villa has air-con/heater to all bedrooms and to living area. Living room has open log fireplace. Villa has 3 bedrooms at top floor level plus 1 bedroom at ground floor level. Ideal for 2 families or large families. Bathrooms on all 3 floor levels. 1st floor level has large fully fitted kitchen with separate dining room. Large living room area with double patio doors leading out to covered balcony. Living room equipped with large wall mounted plasma TV, SKY TV, DVD player, PS2, ipod dock and CD player. The villa is well stocked with DVDs, CDs, books and games. Having such large gardens, extensive patio areas and sunbathing areas, everyone can have their own space and freedom to really enjoy their holiday. At ground level, there is a 2nd fully fitted kitchen and dining room with iced water and ice on tap. You do not need to leave the garden and pool area all day. Also, at this level is a double bedroom leading out to the patio and a family bathroom.

Accessibility
Small staircase leads up to front porch entrance, accessing main living area at 1st floor level. Lower level garden and pool can be reached down a central internal staircase or external steps from driveway. The property is built on three levels and is unsuitable for wheelchair access. Ground floor has bedroom, bathroom and kitchen making it ideal for the less mobile guest. Rear gardens are completely enclosed, making the villa ideal for families with children.
Outside
The location of this villa has to be seen to be believed. Set in stunning gardens surrounded by mountain and sea views, it is hard to find anything better. Your own sunsets guaranteed every evening. Seated on the balcony with your cool wine as the sun sets, what could be better. Everything you need is at your disposal. Private pool, 10m x 5m with Roman steps lead down to the crystal clear water. Outside pool shower. Stone Greek style BBQ and outside kitchen area complete with sink and breakfast bar. Covered patio and extensive open patio area. Thatched beach hut furnished with table and chairs, ideal for rest from the sun whilst reading, playing cards or just chatting and chilling out. Large grassed area with sunbeds. Granite table and chairs to patio area. Volley ball court and full size table tennis for the more energetic. Child's slide and trampoline to keep the young ones occupied. Night lights to pool and garden ensure everything looks as good in the evening as it does in the day.
Coast/Beach
Sunrise Villa is situated within the prestigious Sea Caves area. Coral Bay beach is a 2 min drive away, Blue Flag award, water sports and its gentle sloping sands offer the ideal location for young families. The Akamas Peninsula with its deserted beaches and breathtaking scenery is just a short 10 mins drive away. Car hire recommended to fully appreciate and see what the island of Cyprus has to offer. Plety of cheap taxi's available for those not wishing to drive.
Golf
3 golf courses, all available within a 30 min drive from villa: Tsada golf club, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley. All equipment hire is available at each course.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountain Range is a 2 hour drive away. The highest peak being Mount Olympus at 6154ft. There are 4 main slopes, all with lifts, catering for all classes, from beginner to advance. Skiing lasts from January through to April, allowing you to ski in the morning and be back for a swim in the afternoon! In the summer months, Troodos provides breathtaking walks, cycling and horse riding with magnificent views surrounded by Cypress trees.
Travel
Sunrise Villa is 30 mins drive from Paphos International Airport and 2 hours drive from Larnaca International Airport.
Distances
Sunrise Villa is ideally located within a 2 mins drive of Coral Bay, with its selection of shops and restaurants offering both Cypriot and international cuisine. Peyia is a 5 mins drive up the hill where you can find supermarket, banks and a few good restaurants. Paphos town is a 20 mins drive away.
Further details
Paphos water park, crazy golf, go karting, Paphos bird park, quad biking, horse riding and water sports are all available within a short drive. Lazy days in the sun or full on action packed, you decide. It's your holiday, you do as much or as little as you wish.
Booking notes
Prices are in UK pounds per week. All air-conditioning is included in the price stated. Unlike most other villa rentals, we do not charge extra for air-conditioning. Booking deposit 30%. Balance 10 weeks before departure. All deposits non refundable. You are advised to take out travel insurance.
Our villa is rented to you on trust, we request all breakages are replaced and reported to us.
