Accessibility
Not adapted for wheelchairs. There are two marble steps onto porch outside main front door and two marble steps inside villa to ground floor bedrooms 3 and 4 and house bathroom.

Outside
Private 10m x 5m pool with outside shower. 6 pool loungers with cushions. 3 large pool side canopies. Outside dining table with 6 chairs and outside plates, serving dishes and glasses.
Large 60 square metre upstairs balcony with built in barbeque and built in dining seating area with cushions. Solid wood dining table and 4 sofa chairs for balcony and very large winched canopy for balcony area. The villa is 15 metres from its own private beach shared with the other 11 properties on this luxury newly completed development. On the beach thee are changing cabins, showers and a 40 metre jetty perfect for snorkelling amongst the fish or indeed fishing.

Coast/Beach
The Northern Cyprus coastline either side of the villa has mile upon mile of unspoilt and uncrowded sandy beaches. There are a number of managed beach resorts within minutes of the villa where loungers, umbrellas and waiter service is available for around £5 per adult, and very many local beaches which you can turn up and pitch yourself down for the day at no cost. The beaches are great but the once in a lifetime experience of watching baby turtles hatch in the wild is not to be missed.

Golf
A brand new championship 18 hole golf course, the first in Northern Cyprus has recently been opened. The course, which boasts its own desalination plants to ensure all year round perfect playing conditions is nestled in the mountains to the rear of the villa and is a 10/15 minute drive away. The layout of the course provides a spectacular venue for golfing enthusiasts and has been professionally and sympathetically designed with the natural landscape to ensure golfers of all standards will want to return. The club house, bar and restaurant at the course are of a very high standard and for those who are used to playing golf throughout Europe, this will provide something different in terms of both the country venue but also the joint pleasures of striking the ball from elevated lies seemingly into the heart of the Mediterranean as well as playing many challenging holes in and around the mountainous terrains upon which the course is built.

Skiing
The winter ski resort in the Trudos mountains in Southern Cyprus is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from the villa.

Travel
The nearest international airport is Ercan, which is approximately 30 minutes away by car. Larnaka airport in the South is approximately 90 minutes from the villa. Either trip is pretty painless as the roads are very good. If flying to Larnaka, we would recommend hiring a car to be dropped at the villa for you. The hire company can arrange a local taxi to pick you up from the airport and drop you directly at the villa. We have discount arrangements for both. We recommend a hire car for your stay

Distances
The village of Catalkoy is 2 minutes, Ozankoy village 5 minutes, Bellapais village 5 minutes and Kyrenia 10 minutes away. All have a variety of restaurants and places to explore and provide a strong sense of the traditional spirit that typifies this area of the Mediterranean. There are numerous castles and monasteries throughout the mountains and many walks which are ideal for excursions and as a change from the beach/pool. All can be reached within 30 minutes drive and many more further afield.

Further details
There are at least 5 modern fully stocked supermarkets in the 10 minute drive from the villa to Kyrenia, which itself has more than enough opportunities to explore, experience the local culture and to shop for most things you may want and probably a lot you do not. The local jewellers of which there are many are very reasonably priced and well stocked, and the picturesque harbour with its old Venetian houses, bars and restaurants is a must. It is from the harbour that local day cruises depart and these can be great fun too. The capital of Nicosia is about 15 minutes away by car and provides yet another opportunity to explore and soak up the culture. The villa has a number of guide books which are available to plan your excursions should you wish. Catalkoy has a small water park which opens in the summer months. It has 4 slides of varying speeds! Other activities available include cycling, diving, fishing, sailing, jet skiing, wind surfing and various "banana boats".

Booking notes
All prices include a welcome pack and the cost of all amenities. We can help you book flights and arrange discounted car hire and airport transfer if you require. A non refundable deposit of 25% will be requested on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday. A security deposit is required of an amount dependent on your length of stay. This will be refunded in full upon a satisfactory property inspection within 10 days of departure.
